Customer service was ok. The food awful! French toast sticks were floppy & not fully cooked. My breakfast burrito seemed old and made well in advance and warmed back up in the wrapper because how the wrapper was really stuck to the tortilla. Highly recommend to go elsewhere

Went to try the viral Bikini Bottom Meal, just to be told they were only accepting cash at 10 PM. They definitely lost business tonight, I was the 3rd car to pull off!

I will just give this Burger King. A nine food is not bad and it’s real broiled beef and the service is decent. So thank you Burger King on Way Memorial Drive you are recognized.

Store opens at 6am. Stopped by at 8:15am for them to tell me they’re closed. There’s no explanation as to why. They’re just closed…
Had a whopper meal with no mayo and my sandwich had mayo and onion rings? All employees jumped on phone in between orders which shouldn't be allowed (1:45 pm today Saturday). See cameras. Staff needs to pay attention. Could not run back by to correct order and probably won't be back

Keep driving and go somewhere else- just bad customer service & got my drive thru order wrong. When we got the right food, ended up throwing it out. Food was bad. stale and cold. My daughters nuggets were gummy tasting. Not all fast food places are this bad.

I’m traveling from Atlanta to North Carolina so I decided to stop here for breakfast. It’s 7:53 the doors say they open at 7 but it’s locked. Finally around 8:58 a lady comes and unlocks the door. So me and 2 other men that were waiting come inside the restaurant to the register to order. 2 people working nobody says good morning how yall doing…nobody says hey give us a minute and we’ll be with you they just stand there and say nothing nor take anyone’s order. The white lady with short blonde hair in the back was literally standing there doing nothing. At least communicate let us know what going on. This store has horrible customer service.
