I went in to order and stopped by the restroom first. One of the staff came out of the stall and I went in. He had peed all over the seat and don't clean it up. He then didn't wash his hands before he went back out to serve food. Suffice to say, I did not eat here

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The African American female employee with glasses working at the window displayed a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction, prioritizing time management over genuine service. She was quick to drop customers' hard-earned money out the window without any consideration for those who may be handicapped. I strongly recommend that she undergo retraining or be required to personally retrieve any items she drops.
Moreover, the cook's careless preparation of my meal was equally disappointing, as they seemed to have used an excessive amount of mayonnaise, practically the whole jar, on my burger. This level of disregard for quality and customer experience is unacceptable.

Went through the drive thru near closing time. The kind young lady accompanied me with my exact order and did it with a smile on her face. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was awesome!

Kaylee the night shift manager used profanity against me when I asked her for fresh mozzarella sticks. She used the female dog word against me on 4/25/2025. When I asked her for a refund she disrespectful and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name , she was not in uniform , her shirt was not tucked in and her service was terrible . Madison was great she took my order and was willing to accommodate my request . It was one line cook and one fire person neither of them was in uniform as well . I will never return to this establishment and the shift leader Kaylee needs to be let go bc she is not manager material. She doesn’t have people skills and or problem solving skills. Darlene the general manager is amazing ! I’ll be back when Natasha returns.
