I had read the negative reviews before going here but decided to try it anyway. I placed a mobile order. When I got to the drive-thru, there was only one car ahead of me (surprising for 5 PM). It was only 7 minutes from when I got to the drive-thru to when I got my food, which I think is very reasonable, considering they're understaffed. The guy at the window was very friendly.The food was good by Burger King standards and reasonably priced. (The app seems to have decent rewards.) I also like how they have "value" options, like a drink or fries for $1.I didn't give a 5 rating because I wasn't blown away by the food, but as I said, it was solid by Burger King standards!

I've been going to this burgerking for about a year now. They have a "manager" who is extremely rude, rolls his eyes, and he will talk to you with very little respect, if that. Just avoid this location, extremely long lines, consistently long waits. Customer service if the right crew is in you'll be fine but if this "alleged manager" is at worst working drive thru like he was today, then get ready to get disrespected, oh yeah and he refused to give me a receipt but I went online to file a complaint. I'm expecting to be contacted by someone higher than this store manager.

I have been here a few times. Each and every time the staff has been unapproachable, not very friendly and rude. It's a take ur order, drive to the window, pay and get ur food. No welcoming and no thank you for ur business. The food is usually cold and definitely not fresh. The whopper was ok but the meat wasn't fresh. Tje burger was flat like it didnt have any kind of toppings at all. The chicken sandwich definitely wasn't fresh, wasn't crispy, seems that it was sitting in the lamps for a while. Fries are always cold. Never hot. I have never got a fresh batch of fries. Onion rings were semi hot. Not fresh but not cold. Overall the place gets a 2. I would rate is a 1 but wasn't that bad. Although it was horrible. I will not go back again. It's convenient but not worth spending $25 on 2 meals.

This location customer service and atmosphere is terrible. Can’t say I’ve tried the food because they aren’t true to hours and they’re never prepared. The customer service is far from professional. I wouldn’t bother visiting.
Man, when yall said, yall had the cheesy totts, that's me and my daughters go to when Burger King bring em back.. but you guys Cheesey totts are the best. Like when they first came out.. we enjoyed being close to Burger King in the mornings to get Cheesey totts, THANX GUYS FOR BEING SOOOO NICE.. The woman I spoke to was kind enough to walk over and ask if they had my bag, I could hear them say they do and it is in the office but the line was cut shortly after that. I keep calling the Burger King, the line is still off. I called the gas station again and asked them to have them call me, but still nothing. My medication is in that bag and I need to find a way to it. I need to speak with someone there. Please call me and I will remove the one star review, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Good luck trying to order anything on mobile as they will not honor it. I made a mobile breakfast order at 10:20 and got to the store right at 10:30 only to be told they don’t have the “items” to make breakfast food anymore. At 10:30. Do the eggs go on lock down after a timer? I understand the buttons on the PoS system changing, but the food was already ordered and paid for. They simply refused to make it because they didn’t want to.I was then told I had to cancel my order on the app, and surprise surprise, there is no cancel option. You have to go through customer service and wait up to TWO DAYS for a refund. This location is consistently garbage and no one there seems to care. The lady at the drive thru was laughing at me for not understanding why they couldn’t make the food I paid for. Stay classy gas station Burger King perma employees, because I doubt you’re going anywhere else with those attitudes.
