We got teriyaki beef, it was tasty but incredibly skimpy. Not worth the money. The sweet and sour chicken was inedible. It tasted like old grease. The rice was flavorless. The Egg Foo Young was delicious until we put the gravy on it. The gravy had a strong cinnamon smell and flavor so it spoiled the dish. The hibachi chicken was pretty good though.We went here because our regular place was closed. The service was fast and super friendly. We wanted to like this place but sadly won’t be back. We can’t afford to have 2 of 3 meals be inedible.

My first visit was outstanding. Everything was fantastic so I decided to go back. My egg foo young was perfect on 1 side and burnt on the bottom. I live in Camden so I wasn't driving back.

I ordered chicken curry, vegetable fried rice, and egg rolls.I thought that the chicken curry would have been mostly chicken being that it specified chicken and not heavy Onions I give that a 2.The Vegetable fried rice I rate a 8. I'm am a bit displeased that curry was an over amount of onions than it was chicken but I'm content and that all that matter after fasting another day of Ramadan.Walahi, I'm telling the truth. As soon as I got the food I was focused on eating because I fasted since 5am to 7:33pm and I'm posting this at 8:45pmI'm a Elgin Native and this is my review.Thank you China wok!

I love China Wok, I have tried their fried cut wings (9/10) with shrimp fried rice(8/10), crab rangoons(10/10). They have yellow rice and its okay but not the traditional white fried rice I like. Service is great! 9/10 overall!

First of all let me say that I'm originally from Chicago Illinois. Chicago is a den a hub of delicious food recipes and all types of you know Delicacies. So when I came to South Carolina I was surprised to find out that the food is not so great you have to really search and find a great place if you want to have delicious spice tasty food. So in my search of great Chinese food I came across the Chinese Wok by random and come to find out their food was very comfortable and reminded me of all the delicious food Chinese food that I could get in Chicago. The place is small but you can dine in. But most importantly the food actually has taste is spicy that sweet that's hot and they serve it with a smile. I would recommend this place if you want to get delicious Chinese food. If you want garbage go somewhere else but if you want something that's going to be really good this is a nice place to go to try it out. And trust me for a person that comes from Chicago to give high praises to a restaurant in South Carolina like this it's a big deal so try it out, you'll be very pleasantly surprised.

The food here is delicious. We tried a little bit of everything and were not disappointed. Friendly staff and quick food preparation. We will definitely come back when we have a craving for some wholesome Asian food. They have good wings, and so are the fried wontons. Love that they are open on Sundays, too!
