I just want to give a shout out to Abdur. This young man was very helpful and quickly resolved a delivery issue for my family tonight. We’ve never had the option of delivery in our area. We’ve also seen Domino’s deliver in our area. My area is a newly built area and our address didn’t come up in their system. Abdur resolved the issue and we’re waiting on our pizza to be delivered! Forever grateful for this kind gesture.
This store has the worst customer service ever! On January 21, 2023, My family and I had just moved to the area. We were tired and hungry from moving all day and decided to order pizza from this store. Once the food was delivered, we discovered it was poorly prepared, chicken bites were severely burnt and we asked for NO SAUSAGE due to food allergies. Ordered Italian sub had about 6 pepperoni’s on it 2small slivers of some type of meat small amount of onions and bread hard as a rock. Ordered a pepperoni pizza got a cheese pizza. I now remember why we quit ordering from this Dominos is Elgin. Definitely not worth the $30 we spent not even worth $3
