Food has been very mediocre recently, and the customer service at the store front is EXTREMELY LACKING! They talk a big talk about fixing things but never do. The management fires anyone that speaks out about any harassment issues. (Told to me from prior employees). I really hope they fix the customer service and the quality issues soon, or I will purposely forget they are in Elgin!!

The pizza was dry. The pizza was bland. The chicken wings taste like they came out of a bag. The cheese was not cheesin. There was no pulling of the cheese. It was like biting into stale bread. We paid $54 for wings and pizza. The wings were super tiny and the medium size for a pizza literally looks like a child's pizza. Ultimately I want my money back. The wings I just threw them away.

This Dominos is in bad need of a decent manager. What a big disappointment! We just moved into this area, and this is the second time we've tried to get our favorite pizza at Rose St. Dominos. They didn't have the order ready after we waited 15 minutes past the time our app said it was done. My husband went inside, and still had to wait another 10 minutes. One guy just kept walking around looking in the pizza boxes, closing them, putting them up on the shelf, picking them up again, opening them and looking at them. He just kept doing this over and over. So when we finally got our pizzas and took them home, my husband's pepperoni and onion pizza had no pepperoni, and I paid for extra pepporoni. I guess there wont be anymore Dominos pizza for us in SC now.

I would not recommend ordering delivery from here. They regularly complete the order prior to arriving. And it could be an hour before you get your order. If you call, they claim it’s a technology issue and only having one driver. It’s a sham. Don’t order from here.

I was staying at my mom’s house literally 2 minutes from the store. Ordered a pizza then watched as the tracker showed it riding around for nearly an hour before getting delivered. It was left on the porch when I specifically said don’t just leave it in the porch, brought it in and was missing the dipping sauce and the pizza was not hot. Honestly a waste of money, if I want a pizza when I’m here again I’ll just go buy one from the store and make it and save a 6$ delivery fee and 4$ tip.
Also the link to report issues doesn’t work, I would have don’t that instead of leaving a negative review, but here we are.

When I got there to pick up the order the workers were quite nice. The problem was the pizzas themselves. They were horrible! Cold and dried up like they had been sitting out in the open forever! We used to like Domino's until they changed their recipe or something. Meat wasn't the same and such. After many years of going elsewhere, I had heard they had improved. With that said, I suggested to my husband that we try again. No way will I ever go back! Hard as a rock and cold! I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs! They were even on special...$9.99 each! The worst $20 I have ever spent! Never, ever, again!

I ordered a pizza today and had it delivered and it went to the wrong address when I call the store someone on the phone told me that they had a lot of deliveries thats fine but make sure you go to the right address of you don't know where it is then use a gps

My order has yet to arrive! The ticket said it’d arrive in 37-47 minutes and its been and hour and 50 minutes! This is the 3rd order in a row that has been over 40 minutes late! Not to mention 2 of the last 4 orders were wrong. I've called the store 5 times and every time around the 5 minute hold time it hangs up on me. I’m done with Dominoes.
Their pizza is essentially just cheese bread! Make sure you have red sauce at home. I'm going to find the owner or CEO's number and complain. It was ridiculous!
Initially, I called to place my order, but the representative didn't inform me about the current deals. As a result, the quoted price seemed unreasonable, so I decided to use the app instead and saved over $25!

This place is a disaster when it comes to quality pizza. Every time we order, the pizza is dry and tastes awful—like eating plain crust with nothing on it. We always request extra sauce to try to improve it, but they never get it right. It’s the same issue every time: a pizza with barely sauce and barely any toppings. It’s clear the staff has no idea how to make a decent pizza. We’ve given up and now get our pizza from the grocery store or Pizza Hut instead. You know it’s bad when a frozen pizza is better. Domino’s used to be great, but the Elgin location is a disgrace. The manager, or whoever the woman with leg tattoos is, spends most of her time sitting in her car on the phone instead of helping customers or supervising employees. I’m seriously considering forwarding this complaint to corporate.

We placed an order for delivery, which took about 2 hours to be delivered. We received a notification saying the driver pulled into our neighborhood and once we received that it took about 40-45 minutes to be delivered. The food was cold and it looked like some had been eaten off of. I’ve attached those pictures. The cheese dip container wasn’t even halfway full and didn’t come with the bread for dipping (which it was advertised that way). My sister drove to the store to ask for a refund. They said store credit only or they could remake it. So then she waited for 30-45 minutes for it to be remade. While waiting she said the phones were just a ringing and nobody answered them. I usually don’t like to do Google reviews but this had to be said. Do better Elgin dominos. Do better.
