Good pizza and it showed up ?

Not much to say besides poor service, and poor customer service after calling. Pizza was never delivered. After we called, their customer sevice rep said that they were too backed up. Driver James had never left the restaurant even though the texts and online app said it was delivered, never was. If you're going to order from.hwre, your best bet is picking up for yourself.

Ordered a pizza at 10:30 it is now 12:00 pm and nothing showed up. Called three times and was told it was on the way, last phone call was told it was being remade... Should have been gifted a refund and another $40 worth of food people work hard for there money

I have ordered from this location several times. I've never had a problem with anyone there, except for the lady manager. She's loud and harsh with the staff. Today, she placed a phone customer on hold, and walked away, saying "I don't want to talk to you". I've heard her tell the staff to cut back on the food in the pasta orders. Today, my Pasta Primavera was maybe 2/3 full. When she's absent, my order is full. Several months ago, she told a coworker that she's back in school and "getting out of this joint". It can't come soon enough. This location is now short on staff, so today's order was over 30 min late. That is not their fault, and the few workers handle it as well as they can. However, this manager ruins the atmosphere for all of us. It was very pleasant and calm when she left to deliver an order. The remaining server was awesome. He's a professional, efficient, and polite employee. I really like the food, but it's a shame that one person can bring this location down.

Piss poor customer service!! Delivery took almost double the time quoted, though they updated the tracker to show that the food was delivered way before it ever was. Don’t waste your time calling because no one answers the phone….even after multiple attempts. I had to drive to the store, solely defeating the purpose of the delivery fee that I paid. “Management” on duty was a joke. He had a nasty attitude & made it clear that they did not care about my business. Not even an apology. I’ll never spend another dime here and will be sure that my neighbors, family and friends don’t either.

Sitting in the dominos it is nice and cool from the heat. Workers are kind and helpful.Best when you find a sale online honestly but that doesn't make it bad. Never had issues with them.

I placed an order online at 1:40 pm est and it is now 3:21 est at 1230 A Rose St, elgin sc 29045. I never recieved my order. I done been hung up on 7 times. Transferred 3 times and to the dominos in Texas also. The lady tells me she can't find my order in the system but then tells me it shows it was sent in sc. I said right im I'm sc. Why do I keep getting transferred to Texas? Not to mention no one ever asked me what state I'm in or at least my number to pull up the status of my order. I wish it will let me give zero stars because this is ridiculous.

We ordered online for delivery last night (3/1/24) around 6:00 pm. Delivery took 3 hours and every time we called the store to check and see what was happening with our order, they would hang up without even speaking to us. The lady that answered the phone the first time we called was very rude and disrespectful when we asked about our order. She then put us on hold immediately without even asking for a name for our order. Plus, you could hear her putting all the other phones ringing on hold as well before hanging up with us. The customer service here is very unprofessional.
