The manager is a nasty piece of work. She cancelled my order tonight. Christmas eve of all nights to ruin someones night and mood. It was only 7 oclock and they started cancelling all orders coming in saying that they were closed. She walked in big and bild stating yes she cancelled the oredrs and what was the problem. They did not inform anyone who oredered online that they should not come so i wasted my time efforts and gas all because she is tired and ready to go home. You know what you signed up for when you took that job if you cannot handle the hours change careers. I was not the only disappointed customer. When i asked for a receipt stating i would be refunded she could not provide it only a voided ticket just pure lazy and nasty about it. I will no longer worry about this store. Nastiness gets you no where in a customer centric business.

Ordered delivery. Food was never delivered. Called the store. Waited an hour on hold, no one answered the phones. Going to the store now to ask for a refund. This is theft.

We ordered one pizza and it took over 2 hours to be delivered. We called the store several times and they never answered. My husband drove to the store and they told him there was only one driver and he had just picked up our pizza. So by the time it was delivered, it was 2.5 hours old and cold. This is not the first time we have experienced this.

Waited over an hour for our pizza even after placing the order 30 minutes prior for a two pizza order. This is the third time we’ve experienced this even in the middle of the week. If you like waiting 2 hours for dinner this is your place I guess.

I ordered through DoorDash and initially had trouble receiving my delivery so I ended up submitting a reorder. My order later arrived warm and delicious and the driver was so nice he called to make sure I had gotten my food and wasn’t overcharged due to the reorder. Thank you Paris! :)

It's been a very long time since I have purchased an item from dominos I ordered three pasta bowls tonight Braxton who took my order was absolutely fantastic once I received my pasta bowls they were outstanding the best pasta bowls I've had in a very long time

Food wasn’t horrible but the employees could use refresher training on customer service. It was an impromptu pizza night. So I stopped and ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Employees wouldn’t even acknowledge that we were standing at the counter waiting. My time may be off but it definitely felt like just about 10 minutes. And then another 30 minute wait for the pizza to be cooked. Then the tracker said it was finished and we were standing there waiting and the employees let the phone ring off the hook for what felt like an eternity and NOT once did anyone answer the phone. More people entered the store while we were waiting and not once did any employee acknowledge them as well. I will never go to this location again. Especially due such rude employees.

My order said it was delivered online and on the phone and it wasnt . I called the store and it took 17 mins for someone to pick up the phone . I was told that that tracker automatically says my order is delivered when orders are routed to a certain area. 56 mins later after talking to someone in the store my order was delivered. Extremely Cold . It took in total 1 hour and 42 minutes for food to be delivered. This Is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate.

Call for delivery the guy says we don't delivery that far out i then said how far do you guys go he said 5mile from the store i then said I'm 3mile away he then said I can't find your address ...wowwww

Food has been very mediocre recently, and the customer service at the store front is EXTREMELY LACKING! They talk a big talk about fixing things but never do. The management fires anyone that speaks out about any harassment issues. (Told to me from prior employees). I really hope they fix the customer service and the quality issues soon,
or I will purposely forget they are in Elgin!!

The pizza was dry. The pizza was bland. The chicken wings taste like they came out of a bag. The cheese was not cheesin. There was no pulling of the cheese. It was like biting into stale bread. We paid $54 for wings and pizza. The wings were super tiny and the medium size for a pizza literally looks like a child's pizza. Ultimately I want my money back. The wings I just threw them away.

This Dominos is in bad need of a decent manager. What a big disappointment! We just moved into this area, and this is the second time we've tried to get our favorite pizza at Rose St. Dominos. They didn't have the order ready after we waited 15 minutes past the time our app said it was done. My husband went inside, and still had to wait another 10 minutes. One guy just kept walking around looking in the pizza boxes, closing them, putting them up on the shelf, picking them up again, opening them and looking at them. He just kept doing this over and over. So when we finally got our pizzas and took them home, my husband's pepperoni and onion pizza had no pepperoni, and I paid for extra pepporoni. I guess there wont be anymore Dominos pizza for us in SC now.
