Everytime I order, I have to constantly repeat myself and the order still comes out wrong. I ask for a large drink and get a child's size drink, I ask for no pickle, I get extra pickles and so on. This order, the burger was over cooked and dry, the cheese was kraft singles cheese, wtf and the bread was soggy. The fries were gross, dried out and you could tell they'd been sitting all afternoon. I won't waste my time or money again.

Good first visit. For my son I ordered the burger and tots. And for myself I ordered the cheesesteak combo. The sweet tea was great.The sandwich was good. But it seemed the fries and tots were either fried too long or cooked in old oil. My sons tots looked almost burnt. The atmosphere was nice. It was neat and clean in the dining area. Music played in the background. They brought the food to my table. Would I go back yes. But they just need to be mindful of that one situation. 8/10

I just ordered through door Dash. I got the double cheeseburger Andy's size with pepper jack instead of American. That burger was SO amazing!! and I like the price. It was still hot when it arrived. And the tater tots were crispy which is good because I didn't want them to get soggy during the delivery. It was better than a Five Guys burger. I also ordered The Moose. I have yet to try it I saved it for later!

Their shakes are milk with toppings in the bottom. They are so thin, it’s the biggest waste of money for a milkshake. Their tots are always over cooked. Takes FOREVER to get chicken tenders. They tell you it takes 5 mins to cook them but you’ll sit in the drive thru for 15 mins. Sucks that this is one of two drive thru restaurants in Elgin. Terrible.

Food is good. Employees are nice and respectful. Mostly this place is busy so, expect to sit a bit for to go orders. I did learn that you can call ahead and pay when you get there. Maybe that will cut down on the wait.

This is how we got our food at the Hwy 55 in Elgin tonight. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes and being told that they did not have lemonade, this is what we got. I inquired about why the food was placed in a bag like this, we were told this is how they are bagging orders now. I have been to this location several times and the level of service has gone down drastically. I won’t be coming back anymore.

Absolutely awful. I gave them the one star because the food was excellent and I'm sure whoever this particular order was for they would have loved it. Took twenty minutes to get the food, ordered two doubles with bacon and cheese, chili cheese fries and a pint of that delicious frozen custard. Received a triple with bacon and a plain single. Check your orders before you leave. Had to ask for the custard as they didn't include it but they were thoughtful enough to give me a fork to eat it with and I did actually get the chili cheese fries. Won't be back.
So I deleted my old review! I tried it again a year later! Ate in and everything was absolutely perfect! Fried pickles were great sandwich was great all employees were very nice restaurant was clean! The older gentleman that has worked what it seems for awhile is always kind and makes his employees work and seems to delegate to keep the place moving properly.

2 stars bc the staff was very nice, although like most places they are truly understaffed. The Food was below/average. Our chicken tenders looked and tasted like they were cooked in very old oil, our slaw only hotdogs came with chili and slaw, they did make it right, but I'm assuming the tots were cooked in the same oil as the tenders. Moving to drinks and dessert, they've discontinued their lemonade, the fruit punch was completely out of syrup, and we also had fun driving home without a lid or spoon for our concerts..

We went to the drive thru at 5 pm. We ordered a chicken Philly with fries, a hamburger with fries, and onion rings and 2 cokes. When we got home (less than 5 min from restaurant), my burger was cold with hard bread, the fries were cold and stale, and we got a steak Philly instead of chicken. The onion rings were cold. We took the steak philly back and asked for a chicken. The manager gave us a hard time and after a while standing there, we finally got our money back.This is the 3rd visit here. The first time, our order was messed up but the food was hot and fresh. The 2nd time, we were told to use a flashlight to read the drive through menu. We drove off. Then this... wrong order, cold, stale food left over from lunch.We will not be going back.
