Wish the sour had been more sour it was a bit of a letdown. It was the first time there would go back again. The ladies that were working were very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, plenty of selection, and reasonable prices at the Elgin SC location. The vanilla ice cream stuffed Snoball is incredible. The mobile Snoball trailer available at events is very nice as well. The pricing for the mobile trailer for events is very reasonable with a great selection. Pine Grove Baptist Church in Lugoff had the mobile trailer for an Awana youth event recently and everyone loved it. Highly recommend the stuffed Tiger’s Blood Snoball with crème at the Elgin location!

First time here, my daughter tripped and fell on her ice and the girls replaced it without even asking. Fantastic flavors, great customer service and highly recommend!

Shaved ice with sugar is always great. I've noticed, however, that every Pelican's has a bee problem with their trashcans. I'm not allergic, but what if someone is?
