First I would like to acknowledge that the young lady that was the front cashier, was very polite and welcoming. The establishment was well maintained and very clean. I ordered a meat loves melt for my lunch as I was heading to work. After getting to work an ready to eat I discovered that my melt only ha a thin layer of cheese and chopped ham. I am do disappointed as didn't enjoy my food. My receipt says meat lovers but my melt was not. Pizza Hut we need better and expect better as supporters from our community. Highly disappointed ☹️

Pizza so bad that my dogs wouldn't eat it. Pizza dough was horrible! The dough was flat, tough and one Pizza the dough was half cooked. The toppings weren't much better. I paid $77.00 for 3 pizzas and I could have gotten better in the frozen food section of foodlion. When I notified the store, they offered in store credit. The last i want is more food from Pizza hut. I want my money back

Waiting a hr and 40 minutes past the 30min eta for food is ridiculous. Called into the store after the app said the food was delivered at the 30min timer was up and they stated they have no control of the app just have to wait until it gets there

Every time I go to this location, I am met with professionalism, enthusiasm, and just an overall pleasant environment. We had the pleasure of working with the manager, Sarah, on behalf of my cross country team. She donated 20+ pizzas for my team and staff to eat after our first meet.
It feels awesome to have our local Pizza Hut supporting us! Many thanks to Sarah and her team for refueling our VERY hungry runners after a hard race!

I know they got slammed Tuesday with the $2 personal pizza deal the app had. I was fortunate enough to be able to get 6 of them and they tasted amazing. I stopped by foodlion before going there and got some drinks and cakes. I forgot my cart in front od the store. I got 5 mins down the road and realized I left it. The cashier kept an eye out for me to return to make sure no one took it. Even with them being as busy as they were. I can not express my gratitude for the hard work of everyone there and the service I received.
Absolutely awesome and friendly service, the store is always clean. It shows the employees truly take pride in what they do and what their customer requested.!! I love this Elgin pizza Hut and I order here frequently but my order always changes and it's always perfect! I would highly recommend this location!
