If you have a good product, why do you want to cut quality? And go to a smaller chicken wing reminds me of Leo's look like Cornish hens, but the price didn't go down. my last time eating chicken wings at the Pizza Hut.

I know they got slammed Tuesday with the $2 personal pizza deal the app had. I was fortunate enough to be able to get 6 of them and they tasted amazing. I stopped by foodlion before going there and got some drinks and cakes. I forgot my cart in front od the store. I got 5 mins down the road and realized I left it. The cashier kept an eye out for me to return to make sure no one took it. Even with them being as busy as they were. I can not express my gratitude for the hard work of everyone there and the service I received.

Absolutely awesome and friendly service, the store is always clean. It shows the employees truly take pride in what they do and what their customer requested.!! I love this Elgin pizza Hut and I order here frequently but my order always changes and it's always perfect! I would highly recommend this location!

I payed for super supreme, they made a cheese with one meat and I told worker what I oder he said so you want us to remake it I was wth kinda ? Is that.then had to wait wile they make a new pizza food in car getting cold that I had picked up for my kids.the pizza they remade was fine but not to say sorry and act like I want some nasty looking pizza instead of what I payed for unreal

Online order delivery by Uber eats. Delivery was great. Meat Lovers melt was missing the meat. Also ordered a large cheesy bites pizza with 5 added toppings. There was very little toppings on the pizza. The Italian seasoning they used on the pizza, melt, and bread sticks was over abundant. Enough for 4 more orders of everything. Pizza Hut used to be the standard. I would now rather have any frozen pizza over Pizza Hut. There is twice the amount of toppings on frozen pizzas. The only saving grace with my entire order was the Cinnabons. I spent a lot of money for $0.25 of meat and other toppings, and $5.00 worth of Italian seasoning.

I did an online order for just a large pizza. Went into the store to pick it up after about 15 min, waited about another 5 minutes. No big deal. Pizza came out and was burnt. Mgr said that’s how the Taven is supposed to be. Said he would remake it, and it would be another 10/15 min. About 10 min later I went back in and he literally brought me the exact same pizza back out and asked if it was “better” I know it was the same one because some of the slices had moved in the box, not to mention it was now cool to the touch. With hungry teenagers at home, I just took the “new” one and left. I normally spend about $60 a week there but will no longer be ordering anymore Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take a pic of either the “burnt” or “new” pizza.
5 stars on customer service. I ordered some food for delivery and it wasn't exactly what I ordered. I called back and Miss Sarah handled the mishap with respect and dignity. She was very kind and represented the company very well. Thank you so much Sarah and Pizza will remain my go to.

If i could give a 0 star review on ordering from this place i would. Ordered a pizza and they told me hour to hour and a half wait for delivery and i agreed on that. At the two hour mark it was comming out the oven and itd be on its way, at the 2 hour 30 minute mark its just left the store and i finally received it at 3 hours. The pizza was barly, the pasta was cold, cheese sticks were not cut and under cooked (cheese wasnt melted underneath top layer of cheese), and the pepperoni melt didnt taste good as all the grease soaked into the bread and was undercooked as well.
I understand if a company is busy its gonna take a while to get a delivery out, but they told me that pickup was at least an hour from time of order and picking up would be about the same time as if i were to get it delivered. They charged me for the pizza and then took 3 hours to deliver it to me with the delivery driver telling me they couldnt keep up with the orders tonight. I wont be ordering from here again.
