We enjoy PJ’s pecan coffee but they are regularly out. Went by today to see if the pecan coffee was available and was treated rudely. Cashier was not helpful and rude and the music playing in the store was so loud you couldn’t hear the conversation.

Went here for a beignet because of how hyped up they are and holy crap they taste so bad. The service wasn’t exactly the greatest either but for a place I’ve never heard of it wasn’t bad. I just don’t like that guy with blue hair

This place has good coffee, good food, but the wait time through the drive thru is extremely long. Is it a lack of training? If someone has an order that is taking an extended period of time, then why not ask that person to come in so the line can continue to move? I have attempted to continue to support this business, but sitting in the drive thru for 8-10 mins for 2 cars is extensive.

I went in to PJs this morning, and from the menu, I wanted to order an iced coffee. The young lady at the register asked did I want Americano, cold brew, or mocha. I stated that I wanted it exactly as it was listed on the menu, except I was going to sub the milk for oat milk. The other young lady working in the store then proceeds to tell me that they have to read it as it is listed in their system. I said ok, so I want the iced coffee. Again, we are back at discussing what’s in the system versus what’s on the menu. We actually begin debating about it. Now, I am all for a good debate, but I don’t know what is in your system, I’m just ordering what I like on the menu. If the system is different from the menu then make the menu and the system match. Why argue with me about what the system says and why it’s different from the menu…needless to say, I went to Starbucks!

I tried the caramel creme iced coffee and the beignets. Best I have had in a long time. If you're looking for that New Orleans taste this is the place. The coffee is great quality, way better than Starbucks.

After the experience I had I do not think I will give another try. I went through the drive thru. There is always a wait bit never this long. I waited at least 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwhich. There were at least 3 people working inside. Including the owner. The sandwhich wasn't anything special. I didn't taste my coffee until getting down the road. It tasted burnt. It was nasty. The other coffee I purchased for my mom. She said the same thing. She reached out via FB since they are respnsive and active. We received no response back. I won't be back. Very disappointed.

They were closing an hr early, forgot to give me something I paid for, rushed me out and moved me out of the way to lock the door and they close at 6pm and it was 5:11pm when i was kicked out they were very rude about the whole situation would not recommend
