I really wanted a coffee shop other than Starbucks, but PJ’s has let me down. When I first started going here they had the food products, etc. however, they do not have the products anymore: muffins & decaf to be exact. Also, their hours are inconsistent. And my drink was made incorrectly on two occasions. I want to support small businesses so bad, but it’s hard! 😩 So, I’m back to supporting Starbucks ☕️

This was my first time visiting PJ’s Coffee and I went through the drive-thru. I asked for suggestions, and the person taking my order was incredibly helpful and friendly. I ended up getting an iced caramel latte, and it was delicious! I am looking forward to trying more items from the menu.

Whomever owns this Pjs needs to get their staff and priorities in order fast. Or we think this place will go out of business!
The staff is super slow at responding, especially at drive thru. If they run out of something they need to advertise that as well or if the intercom at drive thru is broken!
This is the second time we came here and went thru the drive through and just absolute worst service ever. We came here this AM and we saw a car that appeared to just drive off and now we know why they probably waited as we did. A car pulled up behind us and then left as well. We sat at the drive thru for what seemed an eternity. We said hello, least twice and no one answered. So we left and pulled in a parking spot and my husband went in, they didn't have any of the breakfast items we were going to order ( so again advertise if you run out of something! ) My husband mentioned the drive thru and said is it broken and they said uh yeah yeah it's broken, um ok ( again advertise if something is broken ) The service here inside and especially outside drive thru need to get better, it's clear that the service has gone downhill here.
For their sake we hope it get better and soon

I fell in love with PJs because of their beignets: however my last three visits, the beignets were hard and greasy. It's like they refried a sitting batch which does not make them fresh. I'm very disappointed and probably won't be returning. Please go back to the previous recipe or cooking process for beignets. I really wanna support. Customer service is decent but could improve.
My visit today was great. The beignets were as I first tried. Pillow soft texture and sweet. The service was improved. Friendly staff with minimal wait time for freshly cooked beignets. I will visit again, and hopefully, the consistency will remain.

Great drinks and food but there’s zero sense of urgency in getting your order out to you. Half the time when they hand you your order, they say nothing to you. I wish they were faster at getting your order out. I wait at least 8-10 mins at the window every time I go there. If not longer..

I went to these place on Sunday to get coffee and something to eat first time there so I ordered paid and leave , my family and I went to grace church first time too and because the pastries that I have before church there was delicious we went back after church to buy more I was 2:00 pm so I walk to pj’s and the door was closed so I said why if it says that close at 3:00 one of the employees came and said that there were close because someone call out and there were short of staff so I told him yeah but I would like to bought some pastries and stuff so he open the door after else enter and I try to order the order guy who work there scream at him and say I already close the register and I said what is not even 3:00pm so I get upset and we leave, you know that places was empty with no customers not busy the first time when i went and the close before the time not good , the coffee and the pastries delicious but the service terrible they need to have responsable people who wants to work the complete schedule and treat customer better not happy after all

Very nice cozy coffee shop! Plenty of options to choose from, friendly and helpful staff. I ordered the Iced White Chocolate Latte , Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich, & Beignets . The breakfast sandwich was soft with a buttery crust , the coffee was smooth you taste the balance of the deep roasted flavor of the coffee and the sweet milky mocha flavor. The Beignets were perfect , nice and fluffy definitely homemade!

It appears they do not know how to make the items on the menu because I was given the wrong drink on two separate occasions. And if you see anything that you want on the menu they won’t have it. I fell in love with the Cuban sandwich and they have only had it in stock twice. I’ve given this coffee shop many chances but after messing up my coffee order today I don’t see myself ever coming back.
I came in and ordered a vanilla latte and a cinnamon roll, which were out so I ordered 3 beignets. We women after me ordered 9 beignets were told it may take a minute for the beignets. I was told nothing. They got their drinks before me and I just kept hearing the girl behind the counter saying did anyone make this latte??? The aforementioned ladies asked how much longer and got 3 apologies while all they did was sit at the table and complained about everything they ordered. Got their 9 beignets before my 3 I ordered before them No acknowledgement nothing I asked how long mine would be and got a uhhhh they just dropped and nothing else. Then they were thrown on the counter and said here's your order. It took 55 minutes to get 3 beignets no acknowledgement. Wow

Received response from PJ's, expressing their dismay and dropped a link to further discuss the bad visit, I went to link, answered the he question. Got no response from them. Bad Customer Service! Will go to Starbucks.

A Welcoming bright ambient with fresh and natural sunlight, good hangout spot for people who wants to stay in a bright spot. and I ordered a hot latte and a Croissant. The Croissant was buttery and tasted very fresh and good. But the latte was a letdown there was nether strong flavor nor the taste of the coffee, it mostly tasted like hot boiled milk with a slight touch of coffee. and it was a Saturday noon, and some kids were preparing and serving the coffee not sure they are regular here and got a good training. but liked the place so will give another try when I'm in that area next time.

This is THE BEST coffee! I would give 10 stars if I could. Only rated a 4 because they close TOO early. I wish they stayed open at least until 5:30 :(

I have lived in Columbia for 3 years & used to recommend this location because of their amazing beignets. I visited today after about 9 months from my previous visit & realized the more recent comments about their beignet quality is true. The beignets I received this morning were very hard. There was one beignet that didn’t have a bottom. That have great customer service, but they absolutely charge too much for this quality of food. Definitely will not be returning. I’d recommend another broken egg for beignets!
