Placed a mobile order only to drive 20 minutes out of our way to find a sign on the door that says closed for spring cleaning . Why is your app taking orders when your closed, why does Google show your open, and why in the world does a store need to close during the summer for spring cleaning . Horrible business practice. Now we have to figure out a way to get our money back. . I’m guessing it’s family run and nobody wanted to work after July 4th weekend so everyone took the week off and their excuse was “Spring Cleaning” .

This coffee establishment is such a true Gem. It’s peaceful & not a lot of heavy foot traffic like Starbucks which makes it so special. It’s a more calming environment which I love & the baristas always go above & beyond customer service to make sure your order is made the way you like. I always order the Cold Brew without ice & couple splashes of hazelnut & it hits every time. Thank you all for my joyful experiences.

I really wanted a coffee shop other than Starbucks, but PJ’s has let me down. When I first started going here they had the food products, etc. however, they do not have the products anymore: muffins & decaf to be exact. Also, their hours are inconsistent. And my drink was made incorrectly on two occasions. I want to support small businesses so bad, but it’s hard! 😩 So, I’m back to supporting Starbucks ☕️

This was my first time visiting PJ’s Coffee and I went through the drive-thru. I asked for suggestions, and the person taking my order was incredibly helpful and friendly. I ended up getting an iced caramel latte, and it was delicious! I am looking forward to trying more items from the menu.
