I would give 4.5 for this restaurant.... the food was real tasty, though just a tad overcooked, but better over than under.... the atmosphere was nice and cozy, clean and quiet and was the perfect spot for a nice afternoon lil meal with a friend to just chill and relax for a min. Would recommend anyone to try.

We ate lunch here recently. The location is small for a restaurant but the staff is very efficient and friendly . The food was excellent and we enjoyed all of it. PHOP is always busy with lots of loyal locals.

One word..lasagna! I must say their lasagna is some of the best I've had,and I am a Connoisseur of lasagna! The service, the ambience of the place,and definitely the food will keep me coming back as a new customer!

I have had the best wing there in the past nice size but they have cut quality on them the size on them looks like they taking them straight from the egg if I ever go back it will be a while. It's not worth the money
