I'm sad we didn't visit before last night. Amazing service. Food was incredible. The mocktails, especially the Coco Loco was fantastic I ordered 2! I was so excited to see Beef Tartare on the menu and the sauce paired with it was divine. The Patatas Bravas were amazing. Their Crema Catalan was so so good and the apples and caramel sauce paired so so well with it. My husband enjoyed his ceviche and homemade sorbet. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

The food speaks for its self. The amazing staff is the cherry on top.

Gabby was awesome last night! The owner came and spoke to us after a small hiccup happened and was very personable. Food was on point. Definitely returning!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Columbia. By far the best restaurant in the northeast. I've eaten there several times and probably have now tried everything on the menu. There has not been one thing I have not liked except I don't eat the tartar but my son does and he says it's fabulous. My favourites are the two pork dishes, the spare ribs and the pork belly as well as the seafood with rice and the tempura squash. One of my favourite drinks is a pisco sour, which is not easy to find. Theirs is delicious and elegant :)

Restaurant atmosphere was great. The food was fantastic but it always is. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the Secret Garden....Ratio looks like an ordinary place from the outside. However, the magic happens when you enter. You're greeted warmly before being escorted to your table. The atmosphere is grown and romantic. We were fortunate to have been waited on by Nadja. She knows the menu inside and out, and her joy for Ratio and the food is infectious. We started off with some perfectly made cocktails before the food experience began. Every bite was food perfection. The pairing of spices and sauces were expertly crafted. You will not stop enjoying yourself from dinner to desert. I have never cared so little for how much I was spending. I would have paid more.

The ceviche was the best item we had. The paella was good as well. The cauliflower was okay, the topping was not super flavorful and the scallops were not cooked quite right for that melt in your mouth feel.
Everything was very tasty however for the price point I would have expected it all on point.
Good spot if you want to nibble and drink wine, not a good place bulk season aha

Unfortunately, Ratio was a big disappointment. We have fine dined and street dined in many countries, (including Peru), and this is barely Peruvian and most definitely not fine dining. The menu sounds sophisticated enough and the food is nicely presented, but it really lacks in execution and flavor. All dishes were incredibly bland. The mocktail I had was supposed to have notes of lavender, coriander and fennel, but it tasted straight up like an overly sweet lemonade. The lamb empanadas had no seasoning. At all. The ceviche was also very boring, although oversalted. The server was sweet, but unskilled. For this price range, there are a dozen other restaurants in Columbia that deliver way more creative and much better prepared food.

My husband and I went earlier this year. Wonderful environment. You wouldn’t expect the restaurant you find in this particular plaza. The service and food were amazing. We really enjoyed the chaufa con carne.

Yum! My wife and I stopped in en route from Charlotte to Columbia and it was fabulous. We tried 5 plates, which was just about perfect for 2 people. Each was quite different and each was wonderful. The papas bravas, squash tempura, tacos pollo, ribs and scallops. I would get each again but there were several others I’d love to try too. Hope we can get back by there sometime! Highly recommend.

This place delivered!
It was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with unique drinks and dishes. I had ceviche, ribs, and the tempura squash with a side of aji verde.
All was so good, and I can't wait to try the rest on another date night.

We also enjoyed the drink and the Latin American wine selections.

It was move-in weekend and we were looking for a change of pace something outside the box. We heard about this restaurant a little bit out of town and decided to go check it out. It’s very unique cozy and the food was excellent. If you’re looking for somewhere outside the box, please go check this place out. The service was top-notch and the food was excellent We will definitely return.
