Fantastic food and such a revelation in Pontiac. I just got back from 2 weeks in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico City and the tacos were as good as I had there. T we started with the ceviche , also perfect. Deserts were also delicious. 5 stars

Chicanos Tacos Ann Tequila has better Taco's, Ratio has a nice atmosphere but is lacking on personality, people are a bit snobbish and unfortunately not polite! Over priced for what you receive!

Set a reservation on Valentines Day; restaurant was very busy and hectic. Took around 20 minutes for a server to come greet us and get us some water. However, the lack of attention was quickly caught by the team and they instantly rectified the situation by giving our table more care. The restaurant specializes on peruvian twists served in tapas styles and portions. Quality and taste were impeccable for each dish we ordered. Rarely do you see the owner walking around the restaurant to personally ensure everyone's experience is immaculate; but, Javier at Ratio invested extra time and attention on Valentines Day to double check everyone had a pleasant dining experience.

First time dining tonight -- BEST dining experience in Columbia in years. Can't believe it took me so long to find this place (it is 30 minutes across town). Peruvian tapas, which means small plates of excellent food. Had 6 items, and not one was less than an A+. Since I was in Lima, I haven't found any bar that can do a traditional Pisco sour until tonight. Can't say enough about the flavor profiles. Don't expect large portions -- that's the point of tapas; try many things but don't over eat!

All the dishes we tried were out quick and flavorful. Plenty of different options to try and we enjoyed all of them. Drinks were good too with some good options there as well. Service was quick.

Delicious! Lots of unique flavor. We had 6 tapas for 2 adults: all were very good and we would order again. 1. Chaufa de carne (really really good!!) 2. Tacos de pollo (3 small tortillas around 3" per piece- good flavor - really spicy) 3. Tempura squash - similar in texture to fried yuca - battered perfectly with a hint of quality salt (if manager reads this-- it would go great with a flavorful sauce or Peruvian dip, just a suggestion). There were approximately 10-12 slices. 4. Pork spare ribs - very good - "wing" sized for comparison. The honey marinade is perfect. You get 3 pieces. 5. Pear salad - basic salad of lettuce, soaked pears, onion, sprinkle of blue cheese. 6. Mussels Tres Leches is a must order. So so good and authentic. Our only disappointments were the tiny mocktail - that came in a half-sized old-fashion cup and the tiny chocolate "cake"-- it was 3 bites of mousse with a spoonful of whipped cream. Tasty but ridiculously small. Both of these sizes should be much more reasonably adjusted, especially for the price.

The food is AMAZING. Empanadas on Wednesday nights are my favorite but the wontons are also to die for. The drinks are delicious and everything from the drinks to the food is presented beautifully. You can’t go wrong with any order from the menu. Easily one of my favorite restaurants I’ve been to. Can’t wait to go back.

Definitely recommend Ratio to anybody in the Columbia and Northeast area! Great food and service and the interior was very relaxing. Tapas restaurant so smaller portions overall but definitely tasted great!

Food and drinks are good, Brussels sprouts were burnt and extremely salty… the portions are extremely small. $100 for two people and you leave starving pretty much. It would be a good place to get a drink and snack but that’s it.

Amazing! Great selection of tapas to choose from. Knowledgeable bartender Grant(?) was awesome! The vegetables that accompanied the grouper could've been cooked a lil bit longer but still very tasty. Congrats to Chef Javier for SC Chef Ambassador appointment!!

We shared six different tapas — each better than the last. We had to order another tamal and plate of ribs they were so delicious. Absolutely phenomenal food. The flavors are exceptional. And the service is really great. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is just right. The whole place is really well put together. One of my new favorite restaurants.
