The desserts were out of this world. I could tell they were made from scratch with care. The service was efficient and cheerful. I’ll be craving that chocolate cake for weeks.

A little mix up on the order w some small uncharged once corrected salad instead of beans ordered but overall great place and seemed quick to resolve our delayed third order done as requested .

This place is excellent. My brother is a regular here and i have been here a few times. The service, food, atmosphere and drinks here are impeccable. The staff are also warm and friendly. I willbe coming here every time i come through town. 10/10 you definitely need to come here.

Food and service was very good. The chips and sulsa were plentiful and refilled as needed. Service fast and attentive. Will go back again.
This is my first time ever at the San Jose in Elgin! The experience was great! Cameran was our waitress and she was amazing. She was energetic and helpful. Our food came out in 5 minutes and was perfect. Shoutout Cameran ! Id give 6 stars if I could !

The restaurant is mostly dark. The decor is old. The food is mid at best. The one on Clemson Rd is way better!
