they're slow sometimes but they get it right
The cashier (Sydney) at the drive thru window needs to be awarded employee of the month preferably employee of the year for how courteous, polite, and the professionalism she displays on a daily basis. Need more workers like SydneyđȘđȘđȘ!!!

If you're online is the act of Congress to try and dispute not receiving everything I don't really think it's this locations exact problem but I think Subway in general makes it so hard so you can't get a refund for what was not put in your delivery and this is ridiculous even on the track There's 500 different questions but it won't let you explain nothing from the get-go so be careful
I usually love subway cause I can have what I want but I went in today and was told that I can have extra toppings??? Like Iâm paying 11$ for a sandwich and I canât have a few extra vegetables ?? The lady was very nice in telling me that the owner was the reason, but I should be allowed to have what I want
I went in today to get my usual sub ( I been going there for years) I ask for extra olives like always. I was told I could have 6 olives on a foot long sub, so I canceled my order and left. I'm wondering which cost more the handful of olives I ask for or the entire sandwich they had to throw away. I won't ever go back so you lost a regular customer, good job.

Trying to force you to tip in a drive-thru is crazy work. Especially when you have to pretty much fist fight the drive thru kiosk to get it to register the âtouch screenâ. Maybe paint the kiosk with the proper paint too, looks like this place is maintained by crackheads.
Worst sandwich I've ever had. Bread was burnt and old and only got half of what I asked for. You expect us to pay inflated prices how giving us something worth eating.
Nice staff! Great food! Will go again! Only spent $41 bc of my big family.
If you don't want to work then go figure out how to get a free check from biden. I worked for subway in high school. We were required to be courteous and polite to customers. Now days the customer is obviously an inconvenience!

I was at the one in Elgin today. It was between 4 and 4:30. I went through the drive through. I waited 15mins NO ONE came to the window I knocked on the window several times No one came there were people who came in while I was waiting and got waited on. So I parked my car and went inside. I waited until she finished with the customer. I told her that I was waiting 15mins at the window she told me how busy she was. I said that all she had to do was to acknowledge me and let me know. She kept saying she was busy. She even asked them customer that was there to let me know that she was busy. The customer "said both of you are right yes you were busy but you could've acknowledge her." She just looked at me. I told her that if she would've let me know I would've came in to get my order. I drove from Columbia downtown from work to get a sub. I passed so many other places and was so disappointed in my own hometown Subway. Next time I will stop at a sub places in Columbia or somewhere else to eat.

Subway in Elgin, SC has great sandwiches and customer services; however, this afternoon (Mon., Sept. 09th ; 6:00 p.m.) the customer service was very, very poor. There was nobody in line, and I was pretty much ignored. After I waited approx. 15 min., I walked out without purchasing anything.

Just picked up my sub and It wasnt nothing like it was super to be I did a online order and it had no seasoning so extra mayo no banana peppers nothing it was just thrown together and the number doesnât work I wonât e returning at all
Went in today to order a sub,
Waited approximately 15 mins, no problem, wasn't in a hurry.
When the lady behind the counter started to take my order, she had a very nasty attitude. So I decided that is was not worth it and left.
After this experience, I will never do business with subway in Elgin again.
