I went in today to get my usual sub ( I been going there for years) I ask for extra olives like always. I was told I could have 6 olives on a foot long sub, so I canceled my order and left. I'm wondering which cost more the handful of olives I ask for or the entire sandwich they had to throw away. I won't ever go back so you lost a regular customer, good job.

If you don't want to work then go figure out how to get a free check from biden. I worked for subway in high school. We were required to be courteous and polite to customers. Now days the customer is obviously an inconvenience!

I was at the one in Elgin today. It was between 4 and 4:30. I went through the drive through. I waited 15mins NO ONE came to the window I knocked on the window several times No one came there were people who came in while I was waiting and got waited on. So I parked my car and went inside. I waited until she finished with the customer. I told her that I was waiting 15mins at the window she told me how busy she was. I said that all she had to do was to acknowledge me and let me know. She kept saying she was busy. She even asked them customer that was there to let me know that she was busy. The customer "said both of you are right yes you were busy but you could've acknowledge her." She just looked at me. I told her that if she would've let me know I would've came in to get my order. I drove from Columbia downtown from work to get a sub. I passed so many other places and was so disappointed in my own hometown Subway. Next time I will stop at a sub places in Columbia or somewhere else to eat.

Subway in Elgin, SC has great sandwiches and customer services; however, this afternoon (Mon., Sept. 09th ; 6:00 p.m.) the customer service was very, very poor. There was nobody in line, and I was pretty much ignored. After I waited approx. 15 min., I walked out without purchasing anything.

Just picked up my sub and It wasnt nothing like it was super to be I did a online order and it had no seasoning so extra mayo no banana peppers nothing it was just thrown together and the number doesn’t work I won’t e returning at all

Went in today to order a sub, Waited approximately 15 mins, no problem, wasn't in a hurry. When the lady behind the counter started to take my order, she had a very nasty attitude. So I decided that is was not worth it and left. After this experience, I will never do business with subway in Elgin again.

they allow their workers to completely degrade the customer. my friend and i, her ex worked (or works) there & she got upset at her for being there so she started having an attitude and no manager or other worker did anything. she was threatening me and my friend with violence. her name is cyrstin bouldware or whatever. hope the place burns! ?

I went through the drive through and ordered my food. They proceeded to mess my order up 2 times and I asked if I could get my items that I paid for. The middle age woman that works there rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and was very sarcastic to me. It’s not my fault they can’t read a receipt.

Do not come to this subway. The employee in there was being so rude and mean. Wish I would have told them to just cancel my order I did not even want to be in the building anymore or give them my business. LITERALLY, HORRIBLE SERVICE at Subway in Elgin SC, that mixed girl working in there was rude and hateful. She had the worst attitude and honestly needs to be fired. I see multiple reviews and people complaining about the SAME GIRL. Customers even left because of it before they even ordered, they seen how she was treating the man in front of her and she took her kids and walked out the door. She got an attitude with me from the very beginning when I tried telling her what I wanted then she interrupted me and that’s probably why she got my order wrong.

I literally just found this in my sandwich when I bit into it and CHOKED!!!!! I'm calling them and have been for 10 minutes and they refuse to answer the phone! I've contacted corporate and I'm contacting my lawyer in the morning! I ALMOST DIED!
