They've stepped up their game.i only tried them again because of the flbogoGlad I did .They're under new management and you can tell. Service was fast food was fresh . I can add them back to my lunch and dinner places.

Ordered my food online.. it was put together so sloppy and they got my order wrong. Cookies were thrown in the bag in pieces and not the right kind smh.

This place needs training for customer service rude people I ordered my food I paid online. Had to wait 30 minutes because someone was in front of me and instead of them asking that person to drive around they let them sit there and wait on their food courtesy then I was told it’s Courtesy that they hand me my food out of the window now I’m paying over $40 for my food never again

This place is a disappointment anytime there isn't an adult/manager working. The last few times I have ordered from here, the orders have not been ready despite showing up 10-15 mins after the time the app said the good should be ready. There is always an excuse for why it isn't ready, either they were "busy" or they didn't have 1 thing for 1 of the sandwiches, so they chose not to make the entire order... this place used to be much better, but now it is just an inconvenient waste of time.

The sub was great. The associate who helped us at the drive thru was great. The 45 minute wait because she is the only person working ... not so great. It creates a bad experience for us as the consumer. It creates an even worse experience for her as the employee. She was handling it well and had a pleasant attitude but it's not okay to put her in that position.

Worst experience ever!!! The girls at the drive thru have attitudes one actually acted like she wanted to fight through the drive thru. When I approached her about her attitude. These subs were terrible! I ordered a foot long meatball sub. Apparently she can't count because 8 meatballs come on a foot long not 6. Shut this place down. Every time I come here it gets worse. My money should be refunded to me. Horrible restaurant employees act like thugs.

The place is clean, but I understand why the reviews are negative. Communication doesn't exist between employees and customers, but they are having fun with jokes between themselves. Veggie toppings look like they were stomped on and put back in the buckets. There are some great workers in early adulthood, not these kids. Kept trying to close out the order while we were asking for additional items. Didn't allow rewards to be entered and didn't confirm if we were getting a meal or not.Sumter subway is just as poor so this could be how the company is going, but I'd have more pride in my work as the face of the company.

Worst sandwhich ever. Didn't come with cheese or toasted like I ordered and had so much mayo on it you couldn't even taste anything else ( saying a lot considering it had onion and the sweet onion sauce on it) would give 0 stars if could.

Last 2 times subs were messed up, tried again a 3rd time and all 3 subs were wrong. Wrong bread and toppings. Wont be returning.

They make me feel bad about coupons . The manager doesn’t like coupons. I’d rather you just tell people you don’t accept uh them. Then make them feel less than. Why do y’all even send out coupons to the community if we can’t use them ?
