Stood in this dining room for 30 minutes waiting on 2 tacos !!! After FINALLY getting someone to speak to me they still said they didn’t see my order. Terrible management, the lady manager with the dreads and that damn pink shirt.. SUCKSSSS as a manager to not acknowledge anyone that was waiting 20+ minutes for a kiosk or mobile order is ridiculous… and when I got my order it was of course not what I paid for but after waiting 30 minutes I no longer wanted to deal with this incompetent staff !! It seemed no one in there had they head on right bc everyone who was waiting inside order was either wrong or missing many items

Ordered 7 burritos on the app and found 3 were missing when I got home. After giving them a 30 min head start to make the order, I finally went through the drive thru and they just started to make it after giving my name. Still had to wait another 10 min. Instead of a refund, I got a $5 coupon that does not cover what I spent and it expires in 90 days. It doesn’t take a degree to get the order count right. From now on, I’m making them stand at my vehicle while I count the order in front of them.

Never had an order accurately fulfilled at this place. We only go b/c we live super close. But I’ve had a problem with EVERY ORDER I’ve ever had. Ranging from small, minor inconveniences to the entire order being wrong.

It took me 20 minutes to get my food and the others in my party a half an hour. I don’t know what they have going on back here but we were paid almost no attention save for the drive thru cashier giving me a drink cup and saying they were “making our food right now,” when in reality it took 10-20 minutes more from that point to get our food. I recognize that there was probably a good bit of drive thru traffic but you can’t just ignore the people dining in. Someone in my party also asked for a sour cream cup and it took them 5 minutes when it could’ve taken someone a few seconds. The food was made correctly at least.

Ordered a meximelt (cheese roll up, add beef and pico). Did not taste like a meximelt at all. Need to melt the cheese first. Super clean though.

Taco Bell has improved by leaps and bounds. Used to be a couple years ago Taco Bell employees were rude obnoxious and I annoyed that they were having to fill orders

I've tried this location multiple times; my advice:keep driving. Two notch or Camden. Your choice. Separate occasions I've ordered chalupas Doritos locos tacos, nacho Bell grande, & cheesy gordita crunch on numerous occasions very little meat for all the above items. Below subpar. No problems from other 2 taco bell locations within the last 6 months of visiting during lunch.

Latenight employees lying to customers. Saying Baja Blast Midnight is a less than month promo flavor. (NOT PERMANENT LIKE TACO BELL CORPORATE HAS STATED) called to find out when the store manager was going to be in next to file a formal complaint and was lied to by person on phone saying they were store manager on September 5th 2025 at 1:30 a.m.. multiple crew members sitting outside all lying to customer who complained about drive-thru lying about new exclusive permanent flavor That Mountain Dew has partnered with Taco bell. Every single one of these people need to be fired or at least written up

I did not have a super memorable visit. However, I also think that this location does not deserve as low a review as it seems to have. It was sufficient, clean and the staff during my visit were polite. It was a convenient place to stop on a road trip.
