OMG! Please always check your bag before leaving this location!!! I was missing 4 items from my mobile order. I will take accountability for trusting that the staff would be competent enough to get my order correct. Especially after having to park and wait 15 minutes for my food. This is the second time I have used the app and my order has been missing more than 1 item. I can deal with 1 thing missing, but not 4 things. Each meal was missing something. Not onlu that, when I ask for no tomatoes, I mean NO TOMATOES. My husband is allergic to them!!...Does anyone actually read the orders that comes through?!?! The people were nice, but lack competency in ensuring customer satisfaction.
I've learned from my mistake in ordering from this location. If you order via the app PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG AND FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Took 1 hour to get our food. I wish I was exaggerating. Incompetent workers continuously throwing out food they made as it was wrong each time. I heard one worker say to another “I don’t care about the people in the lobby just the drive thru”. All of us in the lobby waited 1+ hour to receive our food. Insanity.

Its always something at this location. Before it was the long wait times even when i order in the app. This time i sent my nacho fries back because they were cold and the carton wasnt full. Im 99% sure they gave me the exact same carton of fries back and the tacos i ordered taste old. They will never waste my time or money again.

The food came out hot. We were there at 6 p.m. The 3 young ladies working were great. Nice personalities and service from them was great.

Everything was cold and burnt the crispy cantina chicken taco came just like this picture below just disgusting and terrible! And I love Taco Bell this was by far the worst order I have ever received! Def need new employees that car and know what they are doing cause unexceptable

I take everything back, I guess they worked out all their kinks here, because the last handful of times I've been here after telling myself I never would, they have been on point with everything. The hot fresh food, the service, making sure everything is in the bag before they hand it to me. Changed it to all 5 stars. Props to whoever or whatever changed this place around. Will be back again more regularly.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. The employees will chat while you wait, and apparently can't chat and work at the same time. It should not take 30 minutes to get through 4 cars in the drive through.

I work close to this location. There's always an issue with the time it takes to order or get food even when theirs no customers. They will let you sit in a drive thru line while not taking orders and lock the doors randomly so you can't go inside.
