Tell me why Ive been in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for a Baja Blast after they already asked me to pull up….? I only had a #12 with 2 soft tacos…I’d get it if I wasn’t the only one at the drive thru, but I was.*update…The baja blast was just sitting at the drive thru counter and it’s almost half 3/4’s full…bet

Worst Taco Bell service ever. Pulled into taco bell on my drive home to get food. Ordered at drive thru to only be told by the attendant that they weren't taking any orders currently because they were “having a meeting.” Bear in mind this was 730 pm peak hours for drive thru. I drove around the restaurant to only observe that the entire taco bell staff was on break eating food and laughing at myself and customers driving away in disgust. Also telling customers they cannot serve anyone bc they were on “break”. I can understand a staff huddle however to not serve any customers and refuse service is awful and the location should be shut down immediately. Do not waste your time with this location.

I enjoy coming here! There is never a long wait for food. The employees are very pleasant and polite too! The food comes out piping hot, and it taste very fresh! Biggest thing for me is the consistency of good experiences. Probably one of the best Taco Bell‘s in the surrounding area!

Too much playing around. I don’t want to hear you cackling on the speaker as I’m trying to order. Would not provide receipt.

I saw all the really low reviews and wanted to share my experience here. I live nearby and have been here probably 10 times since it opened. The only negative I have or suggestion to make is to check your order prior to pulling away. I have gotten the wrong thing here probably 3 times out if the 10 or so visits. That should be normal practice at a fast food place though, and is just as much my fault for not checking as it is theirs for not giving me the right order. I know how fast paced and busy that environment is.Otherwise, my food is always hot (for Taco Bell standards) fresh and the staff is always friendly. Pictured is a 3 cheese chicken melt, fiesta potatoes with no sour cream and a grilled stuffed steak and cheese burrito with extra steak and no sour cream ! Yum!

Service is terrible. Normally there's rap music blasting from the kitchen and more gossip from employees then work. Food is always average but managers need to teach some customer service.

Coming home late from trick or treating on Halloween we decided to grab some tacos for a quick easy dinner. My wife ordered on her phone while waiting in the drive-thru, because it proved faster than waiting to get to the speaker. We pulled up, gave our name, and were told to pull around to the mobile parking spots and they would bring it out, which seemed reasonable as we had ordered a party pack plus three locos tacos and a steak burrito. Well, let me just tell you, we waited forty minutes in the parking lot for our food but the staff working that night still could not get our order together in that amount of time. We were given many excuses by several staff members coming outside, such as "we are training new people" and "there's a lot going on." At one point I stated, "It's been over 30 minutes, this is supposed to be fast food," to which the employee responds, "Sorry, it's Tuesday, it can't be fast on Tuesday." Seriously, what does that even mean? Twice we were offered orders that were not ours, including a single order of cinnamon twists. Uhm, sorry, no we haven't been waiting over half an hour for some cinnamon twists. We were asked several times by different staff what we were waiting on and were given an attitude when explaining our order and how long we had already waited. Also, we witnessed several employees opening exterior doors and touching high chairs with food gloves and handling food with the same gloves after. This clear sign of poor food safety and hygene was the final straw. We pulled up to window to tell them we don't want the food and wanted a refund, which of course, they said they could not provide. Had to call corporate the next day to get the refund processed. We will never return to this location again, nor any Taco Bell for quite some time, and strongly urge others to avoid it as well. You've been warned, stay far far away from the Spears Creek Church Road Taco Bell in Elgin, SC.

Couldn't rate the food accurately because we never received our food. Stopped after trick or treating to get dinner and had to wait forever in the drive thru. The service was so slow and there were only 3 cars in front of us. I had time to pull out my phone and place our order online before getting to the speaker. Once we got to the window they quickly made us park in the mobile pick up spot. After waiting for 40 minutes in the mobile wait parking spot, we decided to leave. In that time one worker came out to talk to us twice and another came out once. The first lady came out to ask us what we ordered and apologized saying they have a lot of new employees that they were training and that there was "a lot going on". She went back in and then about 10 minutes later a different employee came out that was much nicer. She apologized for the wait and said she would go get her manager and he would take care of it. Another 10 minutes and the same first girl came back out all full of attitude and said very rudely yelling " I TOLD YOU there was a lot going on! It's a Tuesday night! We are training new employees" I informed her that I also work at a restaurant and that I understood it takes time to train new employees but maybe they shouldn't have chosen a holiday to train all of these new employees. She kept yelling "its Tuesday" like that makes a difference. If you are open you should have the ability to make food and if you don't maybe you should close. They certainly were not "training" those new employees how to make food thats for sure. We told her we just wanted a refund so we could go home and she said they can't do that because they were already making our order. If we wanted a refund we would have to "come back in the morning". We told her no we would not be coming back and she walked away saying "that's fine I don't care never come back then" And by the way this whole time she was coming out still with her food gloves on touching the door with her hands and I know she didn't go back in there to change them. After that encounter we decided no we did not want to attempt to eat whatever it was they were "making" so I drove over to the window to let them know we were leaving. After ignoring me for 5 minutes she finally opened the window and I told her to just throw everything away because we would not eat it. She slammed the door and walked away. There were no employees at the station making any food that I could see from the drive thru windown or from any other window. And I just want to point out that in the last 20 minutes we were waiting, there were about 2 cars that pulled in and left so no they were not busy at all and still could not get our order made. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping at this place because now taco bell will forever have this terrible smear on Halloween for me and my children. We wont be talking about how fun trick or treating was or how much candy they got, it will always be "remember that time we tried to eat at taco bell on halloween and the people were so nasty"Update: They are still refusing to give us our refund and we are trying to contact cooporate to get something done. This place has not been open at this location long but it needs to be shut down until they can "train their employees" to actually do some work. And dont take money if you can't complete the service.

Came in here around 11 and door is still locked. The girl at the window got an attitude. I ordered my food on door dash and came thirty min later and they hadn't even touched it. No one was ordering anything, they are just lazy.

What kind of dumbazz owner builds a couple of million dollar restaurant and doesn't open the door for guest, or provide excellent service. Had several positive experiences until yesterday, received five burritos with crunchy rice. Today stopped by to talk to a manager, couldn't get in the locked door! Let's face it you dummy, Covid is over, get over it. Went to the drive-thru to talk to a manager, teenager told me doors were locked because they only have two employees. When I discussed the burrito incident, he informed me he would have to have a receipt to remake the messed up order. I had the receipt in the floorboard passenger side, but at a total expenditure of five bucks, I informed him to not imply that i was a thief! The manager, Monte, advised me he had to have a receipt because "to verify" that I wasn't trying to get something for free. I don't blame a 17 to 20 year old young man for the stupidity of the owner! The owners must be the dumbest human beings in the world, $2 million dollars or so and they don't care! Work the counter like the Indians do!Boycott the store until they either get it right or go out of business, a Hardee's franchise that sells chicken would do well there!
