Stopped in here for supper after the line at another local restaurant was too long and slow and I am glad we did! We had pizza and chicken wings and both were delicious! Service was excellent and we were in and out in under an hour. We will definitely be back!

Very excited to try this place....was very let down. 1st its unbearable with how hot it is in there. Nausea inducing. Ordered a chicken stir fry with no mushrooms no onions and fries. Waited over 20 mins with drinks that had 0 ice. Get my sandwich and its got onions and no fries. Husband's calzone was so skimpy. I told the girl up front how terrible the experience was. She shrugged her shoulders and just apologized. I just told them take everything back. We didn't even want it anymore. I support small businesses but I definitely won't be going back to this one.

I have been a long time customer of Tony’s and it used to be amazing, quick delivery and just excellent service. A couple weeks ago I got it delivered and the pizza was RAW. I called and the woman who answered was rude and they ended up sending out new pizzas. I figured it was just an off night. We ordered tonight again- half our order was missing and the pizza was again RAW. Again called up and the woman who answered was rude and wanted to provide a future credit versus refunding my money. In what world is this ok? We all work hard for our money and pay for what you get. What is going on up there?! Tony’s you can do better.

Unprofessional and disrespectful staff at register upon pick up for a call in order that ended up taking well over the 30 mins we were told for 3 pasta dishes. Sauce was not good on any of them. Not to mention the hair included in the dishes! Have tried several times but will not again!
Second worst experience. This is Pizzera pizza I love. Pizza is awesome. Today customer service was not good. I was waiting for my food and an Uber friend wanted wine, being on the way so I asked the price: immediate response: you can't take that to go!!!. I looked and had to think what made her say that? My reply: My food not ready. I'm grown. She immediately judged me. 2nd worst. 1 food, 1 customer service. Other than that, customer service is awesome. Food is as well. Not going back. My friend was on the way to sit in.

I have never been in this place but since calling the place and talking with the owner, Mr Mcdonald,about a charge on my debit card number and being abused by him. I believe he said something like what's the matter, do you need someone to come over your house to sit with you and watch green acres with. Well I really didn't appreciate that remark and when he comes to my house with the money he owes me, I Think we'll have a conversation about the remark. I hope it's today 4/5/25 I'm waiting . Your food arrived hot ,pizzas are a little to oily though.I have to bring out a plastic bag to keep it from bleeding through the 2 papers and the box and then of course lastly my mahogany table. Just saying Colin Mcdonald didn't know if first name had 1 or 2 ls. I apologize for questioning you about the call you made on 3rd I'm sorry. but sir. You should go back to school to learn customer relations101, just a refresher course. Nothing big. Now!!do you understand where I'm coming from?

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, waited 25 minutes, appeared to look as normal, until after my wife and I ate it and both became ill with food poisoning at the exact same time, within the same hour, been sick for almost 2 days, don't know if it was the dough or the pepperoni on it, highly disappointed and won't be back...
