I stopped by after a Dr appointment and ordered my lunch. I got several sandwiches for myself and my kids and took them home. While it was not my usual order from there, my roast beef sandwich was dry and had a burnt taste, even after putting several packs of sauce in it. I gave up and poured some A1 sauce into a bowl to dip the meat in. ( it helped make it moist and cover the burnt taste)
I'm not dissing the restaurant or the food as this visit was several months ago and it could have just been a bad day. 😤

We ate while driving to an appointment on the other side of the city... food was great but I have to say I was really really disappointed when I found out that they had not given me my delicious sea salt caramel chocolate cookies that I paid for!!

Went to arby's on 12/15/2024 order food online got there to pickup my order the manger said I got there to late gave away my order told me to get a refund online
