I am not usually one to complain, but this is not the first time I’ve had horrible service here. I would suggest keeping the available flavors updated on the menu, especially if you are bothered to tell the customers that flavor isn’t available. I’ve been to this bruster’s so MANY times and have never experienced such awful service.
We had 5 in our family
Another group had 5 and there was a couple there.
We ordered quickly and after 15 minutes of chatting with my family I looked inside only to find the three employees on their phones laughing and chatting All while ALL of us still waiting to be served.
