Burger King in Florence

“This place was clean, well kept and the ladies who were working here today were especially kind and polite. My husband husband came back to the table and told me wow they were very pleasant, a few minutes later one went to each table and asked how the food was. It is the small details and good people that make people come back and this would be my best Burger king experience in the US. I hope this message gets to management and they get recognition 1“

“This crew was AMAZING!! We were driving up the coast, atleast 10 of us. We didn't know they closed the lobby at 9pm. At 8:55 pm (5 mins to close) we came in with 10 people. Ordered almost 100 worth of food. These people were so nice, let us use the bathrooms & the play area so our babies could stretch their legs. The manager at this location was very orderly & made sure things were being done. But she was pleasant, with the best accent! I feel as though this crew specifically works well together & made it happen. And they did while being friendly & ensuring all of our food was fresh and correct. They just went above and beyond what was necessary to accommodate us. After such a crazy trip with the storms rolling through, this genuinely made our evening a whole lot better so THANK YOU!!“

“My family comes here often. It's in a convenient location from their home. We have always received great customer service. Our food orders are always hot and always correct. The employees are friendly and patient with us using the drive thru. Our Granny loves it. They are so patient with her taking time to understand the menu and order. ?We appreciate their service. “The only Burger King in Florence or Darlington County that serves its food hot. The employee didn't apparently appreciate me insisting that it be hot but I appreciated the fact that my fish sandwich was hot and good. If I want a cold sandwich I can throw that together at home without spending $10+ dollars. This store would be a great model for the one in Darlington, SC, and the one in Florence near the Food Lion close to Timmonsville. Perhaps if BK paid their employees better living wages, their attitudes would improve. They have NO CLUE how to serve hot food!!!!“
