“This place was clean, well kept and the ladies who were working here today were especially kind and polite. My husband husband came back to the table and told me wow they were very pleasant, a few minutes later one went to each table and asked how the food was. It is the small details and good people that make people come back and this would be my best Burger king experience in the US. I hope this message gets to management and they get recognition 1“

“The only Burger King in Florence or Darlington County that serves its food hot. The employee didn't apparently appreciate me insisting that it be hot but I appreciated the fact that my fish sandwich was hot and good. If I want a cold sandwich I can throw that together at home without spending $10+ dollars. This store would be a great model for the one in Darlington, SC, and the one in Florence near the Food Lion close to Timmonsville. Perhaps if BK paid their employees better living wages, their attitudes would improve. They have NO CLUE how to serve hot food!!!!“
“For 40+ years I have been visiting Burger King restaurants, and this is the first restaurant that I have felt deserves a huge kudos. I dined at your location: Store #2804 2703 David McLeod Blvd., Florence, SC 29501.Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and the lady was so extremely friendly. We exchanged conversation and laughs while she took our order. The store was clean and tidy. Upon receipt of our food, it was hot and made to order. During our meal a lady even walked around and offered us a complimentary desert! Whatever is happening in this restaurant, or whomever is managing this location needs to be training all of your other restaurants.Great job location #2804; best Burger King Location ever!!!“
