If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered two spicy chicken wraps and I proceeded to eat one while I was driving and I thought to myself well it didn’t taste like that much chicken on here so I ate it anyway and I bit into my second one and I was like I don’t taste any chicken. I opened it up and this is what I saw! Im super disgusted at this location. Looking at this picture irritates me!

I went by Burger King and ordered a bag of ice. It's only $1.10, and that's with tax!! I ordered at 1:08pm and it took 8 min to get a bag of ice. The line was wrapped around the building. I love going there, I don't usually order food, and I will usually order ice and keep going. I'm not sure what was wrong, but I was surprised it took 8 min to get a bag of ice from the time of ordering. I received the ice at the first window of paying, so I didn't make it to the second window, but was thinking of the timing.

Review for Burger King – West Evans Street, Florence, SC
During my recent visit, I noticed something concerning at the food prep station. One of the employees preparing burgers had a drink cup placed directly over the workstation. Throughout the process, she would pause to take sips from the cup, which appeared to contain an orange-colored beverage.
While I understand the need to stay hydrated during a shift, I believe food safety and hygiene should come first—especially in a fast food environment. Eating or drinking directly over the food prep area doesn’t seem appropriate and could raise health concerns.
I hope management takes note and reinforces proper food handling practices to ensure a clean and professional experience for all customers.
