Normally this place is pretty quick but this morning I put a mobile order in at 9:30 am. Got to the store at 9:40. There's a loaded drive thru and 2-3 people in the store with not a single employee working the register. Hung around for another 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement of customers inside at all. 20 minutes and still couldn't get a simple sausage biscuit. Finally had to give up and just leave cause I couldn't wait anymore.

It's been years since I have had good food from a burger king. But today's experience was great. Food was hot and fresh and made to order. Cashier was very polite and got my order correct.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The store looked great on the surface—clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly enough when I ordered my meal. But any positive impression I had quickly vanished when I sat down to eat. As I was about to dig into my hashbrowns, I noticed a large roach casually crawling across the floor right in front of me. Disgusting.

I took a video and some photos of this nasty surprise and have uploaded them with this review. It’s extremely disappointing to see such a blatant cleanliness issue in what appeared to be a well-kept establishment. Needless to say, I didn’t touch my food and left immediately. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others steer clear until they get this place under control. Absolutely unacceptable.

I won't eat here again took forever to get my food and it was mediocre at best for the 20 minutes I waited for it and they have a hard time differentiating the sizes for the Fries and the drinks on top of that I did feel nauseous ? about 3 hours later....
I really don't think the state health department does their job around here. I've been to many fast food places around Florence and Darlington area but have not seen so many bad ones clumped together so closely I'm not trying to ruin any one business but these people have to be Lazy Retarded or both!!! Most of the places I've been to in this area I can guarantee they have bad or expired food their serving that should be thrown away but still gets served!! after I eat and get sick I pretty much know what happened and move on to the next place after recovering for 5 to 7 days unless I ate at a place that is doing things right which surprisingly is only one so far in this cluster of fast food places the King and the CLOWN ? are out!! THE JURY IS STILL OUT ON THE RED HEADED STEP CHILD!! DONT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU GO TO THE STORE AND BUY A 4 PACK OF SCOTT TISSUE FOR LATER!!!!

Already started eating. My son went to his second burger and he happened to lift up his burger only to find nasty mold underneath. Would go back to get a refund but have to go to work, don’t even want to eat the rest of what we got. Also $1.20 to add cheese to a whopper is ridiculous.

I went through to the drive-through with a truck in front of me. Since there is a split drive now, I did what I'm supposed to do and went to the second drive thru to wait my turn and get a closer look at the menu while I wait. The gentleman that got there first finished ordering, and I sat there patiently waiting for someone to take my order. After a long pause, I heard "just sec." Another pause, and I noticed another car pull in the first drive. I said, "Are you ready to take my order," nothing. I looked across and the lady in the first drive was giving her order. A little upset I just got skipped but still proceeded to give my order after finally being asked. I pull up behind everyone and the line for paying moved pretty quick until I got to the window. After sitting there and watching everyone get their food and leave with the cashier just standing there acting like she's busy doing something else, I got the feeling she thought I went to the second line to skip everyone and felt like she needed to teach me a lesson. I just gave up on trying to pay and drove off. Will never visit this location again. Can't trust what the employees are doing to teach people a lesson.

I ordered whopper no cheese no pickles. Employee made sandwich with cheese n proceeded to disassemble removing cheese. I asked for new sandwich which she put cheese on with several pickles. That store needs complete revamp. Lost my business completely.

Three couples dining in restaurant besides myself and manager flipping out. The manager said I can't take this anymore, lock all the doors and don't let anyone in. I really could not believe they would do that. It's probably a safety issue also with customers locked in building. Felt sorry for people walking up to door finding out it's locked. I bet the owner of restaurant was not aware of this. Anyway, waited 10 minutes for my order. I will never return
