Poor customer concerns/service
My daughter really wanted a smoothie tonight with her meal. The smoothie machine is down tonight 😞
Completely terrible service. Order was wrong and the waitress had a terrible attitude, never offered to fix the food. Also got charged extra for my 16MONTH old that didn’t even get served. Our family will NOT be back. Never had such a terrible experience since we’ve been coming here. Absolutely disappointed.

Don Jose | Mexican Restaurant is a clean, festive, and fun place. The food is great, with enchiladas suizas being the best ever had. The Carnitas are probably the best in town, and the Carnitas San Jose and chimichangas are also recommended. Chips and salsa are brought while ordering. The house margarita pitcher is great, and the Asada street tacos are enjoyed with a corn tortilla. The service is excellent, very accommodating, and the staff is nice and friendly. It is a hidden gem with top-notch service, food, drinks, and hospitality. It is a favorite Mexican Restaurant in Florence, with the best prices and superb food quality. The place is always clean. Parking is very tight for a truck or SUV, and getting out onto Hoffmeyer Road can be dangerous; it is suggested to duck through the office park lot to Evans.
