I ate there a week ago and they had a boom box turned up way too loud playing inappropriate music. I went back tonight and ended up ordering from another vendor because they had the music even louder and I refused to support them today. Very POOR MANAGEMENT!!! The mall needs to stop it if Charley’s won’t do anything!!!
Stood in line for 10 minutes (there was no line)! To be more clear I was the only person standing at the register. No one greeted me or even attempted to take my order after approx 10 minutes. There were three people that I could see behind the counter. I ended up moving on to another place to eat. It’s a shame I was really in the mood for a cheesesteak.
