My order was repeated three times and the Big Buford Combo still wasn't right. The sandwich had ketchup on it when it was specifically requested not to. There were no onions but I never requested they be removed. Oh...let me not forget about the hair that I didn't ask for on the bun.
In addition, my fries were not hot.
I watched the cashier use the same nasty gloves to take money, fix drinks and place food into bags prior to handing them out of the window. Talk about poor...read full review
