Y'all, the BBQ Ox tail is the best!! If you like BBQ try Cowboys you will not regret it!
This was my first time eating here!! The oxtails were delicious and the staff amazing 🤩 if you’re passing through Darlington, SC stop in and enjoy a meal.

Cowboy's Famous Ribs and Chicken is a must-try! The ribs and pulled pork plate was delicious, more than enough for two people. The BBQ and ribs were some of the best in the area. The potato salad and baked beans were very tasty too. The staff at the food truck were very nice, and the service was quick. People also praised the chicken bog and pork chops. The Rib sandwich was mind-blowing, even for someone who doesn't normally eat ribs. Even a non-pork eater was impressed by the ribs and barbecue sandwich with slaw.
