Just came in this morning. Went inside. Lovely gentleman working the counter, I believe named Jonathan. He was attentive, read my slightly complicated order back to me. And made sure it was right. He has wonderful manners. A very large group came in immediately after me, there was a bit of a language barrier, but Jonathan took his time with them and confirmed what they were asking for just like he did with me. I tried to call the store and praise him to a manager but it's busy on a Saturday morning. KEEP HIRING STAFF LIKE JONATHAN! I've seen a lot of turn around at this location, and if they use him as an example of who to hire, you will have VERY happy customers.

I went through the drive-thur and I did not purchase anything. The woman that was axing for my order was rude because I ask for 3 different donuts and she was out of them!! She said that it should be a note on the screen on what they do not have?! When I said there is no note and then p preceded to tell me they were going n back order!! I have never heard that one before especially for donuts lmao!!!

I came in to sit and do some work a few days ago, this place needs to be deep cleaned there is dust settled in the window seals its very nasty very dusty. It needs to be dusted daily. Please get this store clean.

I’m beyond disappointed with this location. I ordered door dash and the driver brought me the wrong order which is not their fault. But I called them to get a refund and no one answered the phone. I called over 25 times and still no answer. What is the purpose of the phone if you not going to use it.
Extremely rude it says that they close at eight is only 715 standing through the drive-through and then finally gave up and drove around and people were standing in the front of the restaurant so I went back around instead and waited and still Nobody said anything so I just drove off and they’re just standing there in the window laughing they could’ve said hey we’re closed systems are down or something nothing. And then at the restaurant, answer the phone extremely rude

Considering how busy they were (cars were waiting on the street to get in and parking lot was practically full), they were moving fairly quickly.

The doughnuts looked awful this morning and old. I gor them to my office and they were dry as well. Nothing seemed fresh and it was only 9:45am. The staff member that helped me was very pleasant, and I appreciated her effort.
