Firehouse Subs Florence

The manager is a nice fellow, as well as most of the other workers. Could someone please clean the restaurant, no one wants to buy and eat food from a dirty place. The floor is disgusting! It needs to be scrubbed with a deck brush, soap and bleach! The floor is as STICKY as can be. I have to clean the bottom of my shoes with disinfectant before I can wear them in my house after visiting the location. The employees need to wash their hands after using the register or a wimpy mop BEFORE preparing food. Is this the image that they want to project to the public? I wonder what is growing in the place, the ice machine, the drink dispenser, I didn't visit the bathroom. I leave there feeling like I rolled some dice.

My husband and I saw probably one of the worst displays of leadership I have ever seen. The manager in there yelling at the young boys, screaming and hollering. Unprofessional and in my opinion borderline work place harassment.

I went to Firehouse for there 50% off deal when I first arrived there was a amazing cashier while talking to him the manager came out and we both talked about Star wars and anime soon it was the whole team. Definitely bring a good start to your day may the force be with them all

I was at the hospital in Florence sc and ordered a hook and ladder the sub was grossly over with mayo didn’t look appetizing at all took it back to remake and manager didn’t take to kindly to me returning the sub look at your sub before you leave maybe just an off day but real flies was around the place thumbs down for this firehouse sub

There was a mix up with my order and a Door Dash order with the same name and the staff was so great! They made my order again and took their time to make it right.

I ordered a large Pastrami sub and a large ham and turkey sub. And 2 loaded potato soup. After I received my order I saw I got a small
Ham and turkey sub and only 1 soup. I explained to them I ordered a large sub but they said that was a medium sub. Really!! They gave me another soup but I paid again cause they said I only ordered 1. I was so tired of them arguing with them. I took what I had left. When I got home I looked on my receipt and I was charged again for the cold soup and my large/ small not medium sub. This was used on birthday gift card from my son. Never again will I go to Firehouse subs on Mountain Laurel St. So disappointed in this. Also my Pastrami sub was loaded with mayo and my Ham and Turkey was also. And the ham and turkey had very little tomato and lettuce and I specifically asked for NO mayo on both. They were both not edible. My 3 dogs had a treat. Funny thing though, they would only eat the meat not bread cause too much mayo. We have had mistakes from this store before and we over looked it. Sometimes mistakes happen but not this time. This is the last time!

Ordered on line couldn't choose the bread wanted so I called the store directly and he said he would make sure to get the correct bread. This didn't happen thanks for nothing
