Apparently Firehouse Subs didn't get the memo about including au jus with the French Dip. It's literally has dip in the name.

We were excited to try the French dip.
We did a pick up and when we opened the bag at home we realized the au jus sauce was missing. Very disappointed.
Also the smokehouse brisket was disappointing as well. It used to be better. Not sure if we'll order from them again. The value for the money must isn't there.

Ordered a hook and ladder salad, I didn't get onion and cucumber or green pepper. Also order a Firehouse salad with grilled chicken and got another hook and ladder salad just like the other one I ordered. and a very small amount of dressing

The manager is a nice fellow, as well as most of the other workers. Could someone please clean the restaurant, no one wants to buy and eat food from a dirty place. The floor is disgusting! It needs to be scrubbed with a deck brush, soap and bleach! The floor is as STICKY as can be. I have to clean the bottom of my shoes with disinfectant before I can wear them in my house after visiting the location. The employees need to wash their hands after using the register or a wimpy mop BEFORE preparing food. Is this the image that they want to project to the public? I wonder what is growing in the place, the ice machine, the drink dispenser, I didn't visit the bathroom. I leave there feeling like I rolled some dice.

My husband and I saw probably one of the worst displays of leadership I have ever seen. The manager in there yelling at the young boys, screaming and hollering. Unprofessional and in my opinion borderline work place harassment.

I went to Firehouse for there 50% off deal when I first arrived there was a amazing cashier while talking to him the manager came out and we both talked about Star wars and anime soon it was the whole team. Definitely bring a good start to your day may the force be with them all
