I was at the hospital in Florence sc and ordered a hook and ladder the sub was grossly over with mayo didn’t look appetizing at all took it back to remake and manager didn’t take to kindly to me returning the sub look at your sub before you leave maybe just an off day but real flies was around the place thumbs down for this firehouse sub

There was a mix up with my order and a Door Dash order with the same name and the staff was so great! They made my order again and took their time to make it right.

I ordered a large Pastrami sub and a large ham and turkey sub. And 2 loaded potato soup. After I received my order I saw I got a small
Ham and turkey sub and only 1 soup. I explained to them I ordered a large sub but they said that was a medium sub. Really!! They gave me another soup but I paid again cause they said I only ordered 1. I was so tired of them arguing with them. I took what I had left. When I got home I looked on my receipt and I was charged again for the cold soup and my large/ small not medium sub. This was used on birthday gift card from my son. Never again will I go to Firehouse subs on Mountain Laurel St. So disappointed in this. Also my Pastrami sub was loaded with mayo and my Ham and Turkey was also. And the ham and turkey had very little tomato and lettuce and I specifically asked for NO mayo on both. They were both not edible. My 3 dogs had a treat. Funny thing though, they would only eat the meat not bread cause too much mayo. We have had mistakes from this store before and we over looked it. Sometimes mistakes happen but not this time. This is the last time!

Ordered on line couldn't choose the bread wanted so I called the store directly and he said he would make sure to get the correct bread. This didn't happen thanks for nothing

I ordered an engineer on wheat with no pickle. I got an engineer on white with a pickle. Not sure who is to blame. Sandwich was good for what it was.

This was our first time eating at a Firehouse Subs. Really cool place a lot of firefighter memorabilia, and they dressed up the inside real nice. There's about 12 to 15 different subs you can get, and then you can custom make whatever you would like. For bread options, they have white wheat and gluten-free. I opted for the firefighter sub, which had roast beef ham and turkey on it, and I got it on wheat. It was absolutely one of the best subs I've ever had. They have a pepper sauce that is like a mild barbecue sauce, and you have got to try it. It was phenomenal. My wife opted for the turkey club, and she said hers was excellent as well. I would definitely stop into one of these again if I was near it

Food looks great, delicious but is very bland! The lady taking our order was sweet but she spoke to low. My husband is deaf in his left ear so he was getting annoyed due to not being able to hear her talk. We waited about 15 mins to get our food which was a meatball sib combo and a small club on sub for our daughter. When we got our food the bread was burnt on the end and loaded down way to much with marinara sauce! The place is clean no one was rude or anything. This was my first time here. I'm not saying I won't go back there's always room for 2nd chances. All in all I enjoyed it but it wasn't my favorite!
