Fabulous Food! Far superior than some other catered meals in the Florence area.

The hospitality starts the second you step onto the pavement. Before you even make it through the door, you’re already being welcomed. They opened the door, welcomed my family in, and made us feel like we were guests in someone’s home instead of customers walking into a restaurant.

Notch 8 is a great place to eat and one of the best lunch spots in Florence. This little hidden gem offers many options, with fantastic catering, hot and ready, and grab and go selections. The wings are really good, especially the dry rub, which is tender, moist, and juicy. The chicken strips taste freshly breaded with good quality pieces of chicken, and the Mac n cheese can’t get any better. The fried catfish is tender with no fishy taste, and the shrimp is seasoned perfect. The chicken SW is delicious and very big. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service shows they care, and the team is professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond. Notch 8 is also military friendly, providing a military discount. Whether for a quick lunch or a full catering spread, the experience is always great. Do not let this place pass you by.
