Called in order. They made one of two sandwiches wrong after the person on the phone confirmed it Multiple times. Was also missing 3 extra sauce they charged me for. I asked them to remake it and was then questioned (by I assume an owner) about the order. Got the remade sandwich and it was thrown together with hardly anything on it. I also had to wait to ask for my extra sauce a second time. Hope they correct the issues as it's usually good.
I feel like Florence is sleeping on this amazing place. Every time I visit Florence I make sure to get Groucho’s! It’s so so good… the salads, Good is just not enough to describe this amazingness. Come to NE Florida!! We need you!
