I was very disappointed with my meal at Holt Brothers, which my friends had recommended. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry, resembling jerky and making it difficult to chew. My plastic fork broke while I was trying to poke and separate the chicken, which felt more like old bulletproof armor than a tender piece of meat. This half chicken should never have been served! Overall, my first experience at this restaurant left me truly dissatisfied. Attention to detail is essential, folks!

This place right here is permanently pinned for when I travel down south. The ribs were fantastic and the wings were on another level. The wife really enjoyed the ribs. The mac and cheese along with the bbq baked beans were also delicious. But them ribs are the star of the show. If you don’t eat pork the wings are highly recommended. We cannot wait to go back! This was a last minute thought for dinner but we are more than grateful with our decision. 10 out of 10

How are you a bbq place and don’t have brisket. I wanted a brisket sandwich but no, then I’m like okay at least I can have fried pickles but NOOOOOO! They are out of ready fried pickles. My mountain dew is flat too. All of the tables are very sticky too like they don’t clean in.

Seen this place as we were driving by, so we decided to check it out. They have 4 different sauces, but honestly, I like the original the best. I liked the baked beans with a slight kick, and the fries are homemade, not some store-bought stuff. We had 2 combo plates, so we ordered all different meats so we could try each others stuff. Also got a desert of banana pudding, and it was yummy 😋. You can't go wrong by stopping by here and trying some of their stuff. I know I will be back to try some of the other items on the menu. Oh, and let's not forget they also have the old school drinks in the glass bottle, which I really like as they taste so different than the fountain drinks. Also, there was a good amount of food that my husband and I got take-home boxes and will have lunch for tomorrow or a snack tonight, lol.
The only reason it's not higher is that the floors are so slick that if you're not careful, you will slip and slide right onto your butt. I hope that you all enjoy the food as much as we did.

A great spot to eat if you love classic BBQ. The atmosphere feels like a rich uncle's house if they had money to spend on an event center they owned. The food is delicious and I mean fall of the bone ribs tender pulled pork and BBQ sauces that you can try. I recommend coming here for the experience and the great food.

Worst BBQ experience in years! Taco shells were hard (not toasted, hard). Filling was pulled pork brisket, which was soft and flavorful but not enough for the price. The kicker was the fried food! Fries were soaked in oil and flavorless. Fried pickles were soggy and flavorless. Even the greens were flavorless, no seasoning at all. I ate the filling and left everything else with this review. Like and follow if this helped you decide.

This place sucks-the part of the place that you try and eat the slop is hotter than hell-the chicken was as tough as jerky-they have it split up one side has a lot of options the buffet side has crap.

Been here a few times but this time was probably my worst. Ribs were burnt and didn't get everything i order. I got my meal to go and have never had an issue so I didn't think check it. I can live with forgetting a side item but my ribs being burned kinda bummed all of it out for me.
