Driving from NY to FL and we stopped at a hotel in Florence. Family decided we were hungry. I ran out and stopped here about 20 min before closing today. They were the sweetest and kindest people. The girl welcomed me with a smile, even though I interrupted their clean up. The gentleman was very friendly and they made my sandwiches promptly. The women was from Philly and her brotherly love definitely came through. The best jimmy John’s experience ever.

We attempted to order delivery. After an hour we called the store and they said they were waiting on an Uber Eats driver? to come get it...even though we ordered it through the Jimmy Johns app. So, my husband instead drove and got it, wasting the delivery fee we already paid for but whatever. Picks up our order via the drive thru...gets home and both or our chips aren't in the bag. Don't think we'll be wasting our money here anymore.

The new owners of this Jimmy John's have absolutely and completely revamped the functionality and operation of this particular Jimmy John's. The employees they have working there go above and beyond to make sure each individual customer is completely satisfied! I give this Jimmy John's 10 THUMBS UP 👍
Unreal. I ordered food. I paid $34. It charged my card. 2 minutes after close I get a call. “Sorry we can’t deliver, but I have a solution. I can put the order in for the morning”. Really? I want dinner now, not in the morning! The ONE time I order from them. I order out every night, single man. I decided to try something new now tonight until I get a refund I would have spent $60 to eat. Unreal. I will NEVER order from here again. They claimed they have no delivery driver but are still accepting online orders? Why not shut off the online orders for that store? I asked if they could drop it off on their way home and the answer was nobody here has a vehicle. 3 excuses, no good. Never again.

Gus was incredibly kind and accommodating. My daughter has an egg allergy and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and safe for her. Customer service like that is rare these days!

I’ve loved JJ’s forever…. But whoever decided to replace the vinegar & oil —- with whatever paste they’ve substituted it with —- Should be FIRED! Ugh!
Please allow franchisees to bring back the Simple Vinegar & Oil!!!!
