Ordered BLT without lettuce and this is what I get. Also the person at the window was very rude to me because I didn’t saw the speaker from my car and drive right to the window ( we had online ordering ). She didn’t open the window until someone else was behind our car and was very rude 😡

Every time I enter JJ I’m greeted with kindness, the restroom is very clean and don’t smell, dining room is very clean and the food is delicious. They are very consistent in all these areas. Oh BTW music is awesome! Job well done!

Food is always good! They have amazing brownies. The staff is always very friendly!!
I've never visited this establishment but was in the area and stopped for a quick bite. I went inside to order, and my order was ready so quickly I was amazed at the efficiency this staff exuded! The food was as I ordered and was delicious as always from a Jimmy John's.

This was the worst experience ever went to Jimmy John's drive thru. Cashier acted like she couldn't near me so when we spoke up she was still being rude. She then told us to F us. So of course I tried speaking with the manager name Tonya and she was worse. These workers do not value customers or their job. Some one needs to resolve this before this store goes out of business. I will never go there again and will let everyone in Flirence I know to not go there either.
