Management at KFC is horrible. They don't care about their customers. I placed a order and went to pick it up they said it was canceled I didn't cancel the order and the manager wouldn't even try to help with the issue. He is horrible. Do better.
Updated review: Recently picked up an online order, first off things that were told to be excluded was added into food and hidden under other ingredients so we couldn't tell from the outside of the container. Secondly all drinks were incorrect, was given diet instead of regular drinks. Last time going to this location, it cost too much for them to be giving out the wrong things.

Would be so much better if they stop hiring younger people with no manners and terrible attitudes on top of they don’t change the grease as supposed too so the food taste as if their is chemicals in the food and they will take the food straight out the grease and into the box with ALL the grease in the bottom of the box draining in the bag.

Not sure who the district manager is at this KFC on Evans Street in Florence. The employees that you have working there are so rude. To begin with they close the restaurant before closing time with no notice on the door or window. The last time I visited the restaurant the Big stout short girl(she was working at the drive-up window) didn't want to sell me what I ordered,she wanted me to get what she wanted me to have. I guess she wanted to take what I wanted home with her. You need to check up on your night employees unless you're going to lose a lot of customers.great customer service comes first, that's not what you get if you go to the Evans Street store. I know you need people to work so I guess you don't care how they treat the customers as long as they're making money for you.

We visited a KFC after a long time and were pleased with the quality, flavor and sanitation at this location.
I went around 7 p.m. and ordered a 2 piece meal with only wings like I normally do . At this particular KFC I was told “no ma’am you can’t do that but you can get a 4 piece chicken wing meal not listed on the menu .” I stated that I didn’t need that much and only wanted a two piece meal but then I was rudely interrupted and told “no u can’t do that here ! You gotta get the 4 piece .” No problem no need to argue . I politely said thank and drove to a different location in our city, placed my order, and got Exactly what I wanted fresh and hot with no push back of trying to Upsell me something that I CLEARLY did not want . If I could leave 0 stars would . But since I cannot I will say this. Choose ANY other KFC in Florence other than the W Evans St. location ! 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

Went through the drive placed my order and got home and the food was trash chicken hard and old chicken tinders hard fries cold apple poppers over cooked and cold worst experience ever requested that I bring the old food back on the next business day for a refund or replacement I had to ask “ Are you all about to close”
