Cute little coffee shop. Unfortunately they were out of white chocolate when I visited and my favorite drink is white mocha paired with coconut syrup. I settled for a vanilla latte and it was good.

Would be nice if they greeted people when they came in instead of have multiple employees just staring at people when they walk in. Been here multiple times and it’s been the same every time. Poor customer service could be neglected if the coffee was actually good. It’s usually a hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee tastes old and overly acidic but sometimes it’s good. Plastic cups are cheap and don’t close properly as well. Location is great and convenient but I don’t want to have to think about if my coffee will be fresh or not I’ll just make time to go somewhere else from now on.

Definitely a great place with a nice patio, but if they wanna pose as a fancy cafe with a nice espresso machine, they need to improve their barista skills. I asked for a cappuccino and specified i wanted it with microfoam and asked if they were able to do microfoam and they said yes... and what i got was the usual clumsy cloud of fluffy foam atop my coffee that people who don't really know what a cappuccino is tend to do.Obviously, it needs to be so micro that it can be sunken into the coffee and then it's a cappuccino.We still had a good time, but learning to barista would be a nice addition to that place. Awesome patio at the back.

This place is always a joy to visit. The good vibes and atmosphere are always on point. The service is always courteous and quick. I’ve been going to Lula’s for about six years, and I have had no reason to reconsider being a regular. This place means the world to me And not to mention, the coffee is always good!Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk and oat milk, which I really appreciate having the options. They also get the good kind of both which doesn’t separate when it is used in a hot drink.
