Terrible service. The manager was nice and that was about it. First person ignored making my sub and the second person ignored what I wanted in my sub. I asked for lettuce tomatoes mayo oil and vinegar. Had both earbuds in listening to music i assume. Put onions on which I never asked for. and when I reminded him what I wanted on my sub he had the audacity to say I never told him that. Then tried to squirt me with vinegar. Pretty sure last time I'll be at the one on south Irby street.

I ordered online and picked up at the pickupwindow. When I got home I discovered that I got the wrong order. I called the store and was told to bring it back to exchange it. I explained that I live 20 minutes away and I had a crying baby in my arms. The manager said too bad, bring it back or it's your loss. I gave my name and verified what I ordered at the pickup window. It's not my fault that I was given the wrong sandwich and I believe that they should have made it right.

Normally, my family and I do not have a bad experience BUT the customer service was HORRIBLE!
1. They told us that they couldn’t toast the bread (they said the toaster wasn’t working, which could be true but it doesn’t justify the rudeness.)
2. Trying to use old looking meat and toppings on the subs instead of fresh food.
3. Throwing the food on the sub, it looked like a salad but on bread honestly.
4. People wanted a refund and they told them that they would have to come back in the morning to get their refund.
5. They were burning up something because when you walked in there, the place was foggy from smoke and the floor was sticky.
Again, we normally do not have issues but tonight was a mess.

The manager at the drive-thru who usually processes orders has a terrible senior citizen attitude. Along with the stiff prices, my large sandwich was incorrect with no lettuce and way too much mayonnaise and also the roast beef on the sandwich was not fresh as it was rubbery around the edge of the slices. A large cup of ice with no drink is over $2 😔

Ordered a large palmetto special sub all the way with bacon added. I got olives and banana peppers added instead with no bacon. There was a 1.55 cent charge on my receipt for bacon and there was none to be had. My night is ruined and it feels bad man. ?
