Everyone/every business has a bad day. That said, customers make a choice about who they want to give their business. Today was a bad day for this location. Ordered pizza and did not show for 2 hours...called and GM was rude, lacked customer service and offered no apology for disrespecting my time. Requested and Received a refund, but no pizza after 2 hours. Now have to be inconvenienced further by getting something different. Additional waste of my time.
