Went for Mother’s Day and waited 2 hours for food, which I can get past, but the fact that all the food was cold and the plate itself was hot… total bill was $174.00. Manger would not come and talk to us. You could hear other customers complaining about the same issues. No apologies nor an offer for any compensation. The restaurant was hot. I don’t usually complain but when no one will discuss the issues with you, that’s inexcusable. Please don’t waste your time coming...read full review
The wife and I went to Red Lobster to celebrate our anniversary at 2:00 pm was told wait time around 25 min.
After about 20 min. People who came in after us was being set. Had I not said something then I believe others would have been set. After being set we waited 10 min before the waiter arrived we placed out order and waited. He brought us our drinks than about 30 minutes I got my salad but no silverware when we ask for silverware he ask if we wanted plastic silverware...read full review
