I was there today and I witnessed a black guy yelling at the lady in the battery section when I was coming in the door! I won’t be back at that store due to it frightening me and my children.
Lawanda in tire and battery is always hateful!! Then as you are waiting you can stand and watch them while they are working on your car and they are always talking and walking outside instead of doing their job! And they were playing loud music! It is so unprofessional! I usually come on Wednesday’s but think I’m going to just start going somewhere else! I keep seeing only 2 people working when I come in why? They need new people in the tire area!! I have had issues with the same person in that area for a few years now! From her yelling at my friend because she said the tires looked dirty when she bought them and was told to go to the car wash to myself not getting my tires from this location ever again!
