My husband and ivstopped here on a day trip to Florence. The young lady running the register was extremely nice and friendly and gave great customer service. My husband and I had several questions about menu items, and she was patient and polite and answered all of our questions with a smile. I was so impressed at her exceptional customer service that asked her for her name and wanted to let her manager know, but he was gone for the day. Her name was Janiyah, and she represented the restaurant perfectly. I had the Slim's salad, which was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My husband had the 6-piexe wing meal. The only drawback was that he got them dry with the sauce on the side, and he discovered that he should have gotten them tossed in the sauce, but the fries were good. Overall, this dining experience was a good one.

Every time I order from here, most of the desserts are “out” or “out of order.” Went for a milkshake and didn’t even offer to replace it with a jar. Order delivery, and the response is always rude and uncivil on the phone. Really good food but poor customer service
