waits are always long, food is lukewarm at best and my drinks are always missing something. honestly don’t waste your time or money going to this sonic location

Hair was under my coney , milkshake not spun it wasn't a good experience and no receipt was given to do a survey
Service is terrible, they will make you wait and wait hopeful you will just leave. You can't get ice cream, the machine is magically down because they have taken it apart to clean it. Ordered a coney with onions, yep they came outside and said we dont have any onions for that footlong. What do you have? No customer service, no, fruit in the cherry limeade. Who's in charge of this place? I'd be mad if my store was running like this. Guess ill find a different sonic for now on.

Have gotten orders wrong multiple times. Tonight it took them an hour to get my mobile order to me after looking at the receipt multiple times they still got the order wrong.

Messed up my order then waited 45minutes on onion rings and fries. Asked for my receipt and they said they lost it. Will not go back to that sonic. Need to hire people that are willing to do there job not just bs around.

I came here on May 28th at 9:20pm.to place an order. The lady spoke i said hey how are you, then silence for awhile. She then says something else and I said oh im sorry I said how are you and didn't hear you say anything so wasnt sure if you heard. Again a long silence then rushing me to just finish my order and she had an attitude. I managed several restruants for awhile in past jobs. It's sad, but customer service has really went downhill. Then they wonder why these places are closing so rapidly dont have to wonder it's your staff. It cost nothing to be nice to your customers but could cost everything when you dont.

Today I found a bug in my dragon fruit slushy and I tried to call to complain but apparently the phone number to this restaurant is a cellphone number. I really not please at all. Thank God I have a witness
Honestly I wouldn't even give this sonic a 1 star. I always get a large blue raspberry slush and they always put one small pump of syrup in there and all that's in there is ice I mean that's ridiculous and they are always rude when you ask them to put more in there so it's blue instead of just ice. like if I wanted ice I wouldn't have went there for sure and it's not like this is the first this has happened they always do this to me. It's sad to not care in life it really is.

Love the food and the people
It wouldn’t let me complete a survey online so I decided to leave a review. We placed a mobile order and picked it up at stall 15. Azhana brought our food and drinks out very quickly, gave us some coupons for slushees and was very sweet. We always come to this sonic and have never had any issues.
What happened??? Food isn't fit to feed my cat. The poppers were frozen inside. Tots were old. Damn im paying higher prices for trash. The employee was perfect thou i left a tip . She wasfast nice and accurate. What else is there!
Deleted a 2 year review for another 1 star. Ordered a double cheeseburger combo, single cheeseburger combo, and foot long coney. Had to go back to the window since both burgers were served so cold they didn't even melt the cheese, and the coney was torn badly to the point it was just a tray of ingredients falling apart. The employee replaced the burgers, to his credit, he was decently polite. Left without the coney issue being fixed because we were just irritated by that point. 2nd bad review I've have had of this establishment in the last few years. Left 1 extra star in service just because of that one employee.
