What a hidden gem this place is. For years I just thought it sold hams and such for holidays and big occasions. I was driving by and saw cafe in the name and I stopped in and got a sandwich and side and meal. Now I’ve come back several times for lunch. The staff is so friendly and nice and the service is great. The food is WONDERFUL! I’ve gotten the tavern sandwich and chips and a turkey sandwich and the potato salad and a ham and turkey sandwich with the broccoli side and a salad another day. All were very good! The sweet tea is brewed and is delightful not that nasty fountain kind. Stop in and give them a try you will not be sorry you did! YUMMO

My wife and I decided to stop for a bite to eat, and since it was our first time visiting, we weren’t sure what to expect. Let me tell you—this place did not disappoint.

We both ordered turkey sandwiches, and they were, without a doubt, some of the best we’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with fresh, flavorful meat, nestled between perfectly fresh bread. The menu may be simple, but every option is crafted with care, proving that quality always trumps quantity.

What makes this spot unique is its dual setup—one side operates as a wholesale market where you can purchase whole hams and delicious sides to make dinner effortless, while the other side houses a cozy café serving up some seriously mouthwatering sandwiches.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member whose name we, unfortunately, didn’t catch. She, along with her equally polite coworker, made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience, answering our questions and guiding us through the ordering process with genuine hospitality.

Between the outstanding food and exceptional service, this place has earned a spot on our list of must-visit restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

Quick sandwich for a late lunch. The sandwiches are very tasty and it was light but filling

For a sandwich place, they make what i and I am sure many others the best ham Sandwich you will ever get. I have never tried their catering options, but having the best tasting ham sandwiches has to have the best ham, so I would recommend it to anyone curious.

Best ham around and they do all the work

Literally just got done eating one of the best ham sandwiches I've ever had. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was almost spotless; it also smelled like that fresh baked, sweet ham smell that I loved, reminded me of Xmas dinner at my grandmother's house.

Walked in with a baked ham coupon, and the lady was super helpful. In and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

We visited this location yesterday and purchased three different kinds of sandwiches - a chicken salad on croissant, a ham on rye and a club turkey. We were SO DISAPPOINTED. All sandwiches were very dry and you could barely taste the meat. It cost a lot of money to eat disappointing sandwiches.

The food is excellent. The have lunch boxes that are excellent for me to order from their catering menu for work meetings. It is difficult to get them to answer the phone to order sometimes but you can order on line which is what I usually do.

The ham salad definitely wasn’t worth the $8+ dollars! They should bring back the turkey salad!
