We stopped at Town Hall while passing through and had a really great experience. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our visit feel special, which we really appreciated, especially since we were just traveling through the area. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everyone we interacted with was welcoming and professional. It's always nice to find a place where you feel taken care of even when you're not a regular. We would definitely stop here again the next time we're in the area.

I don’t normally do reviews but this place deserves some praise. We came in for a special occasion for our daughter’s and son in laws gender reveal, they had balloons and table decorations setup without us even asking. The atmosphere was great and service was good but a little slow which we wasn’t complaining as we was all talking and having a good time. The manager seen we wasn’t served our food in a timely manner and was conserved, note- we never complained it was just his observation. He reduced our bill which we never asked. Overall the food was amazing, the service and atmosphere was great. We will return in the future.

Came back to Town Hall again for my wife's birthday. We moved here from Chattanooga last year and this was the first place we really checked out and we've been coming back ever since! The food is amazing and the service is top tier. You won't find a better run restaurant in Florence. Town Hall is in a league of its own!

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Took 6 close friends there for a 40th birthday surprise. The service was incredible, food was some of the best I've ever had, and atmosphere was perfect! They went out of their way to make this 40th birthday the best ever for the birthday girl. Table was decorated, champagne was flowing, all of it. I can't say enough good things about Town Hall!

Brook was our waitress she was pleasant but inconsistent. Either missing in action or too friendly. My wedge salad & Pilsner beer was very good. I hadn't finished my salad when my main meal arrived. I felt rushed. My coq au vin did not fall off the one nor was the chicken leg hot. We ordered dessert which took forever to arrive, when it did we asked for the chicken instead. Obviously we were not happy so manager should have sorry for the delay please have dessert on the house. This place is good for burgers not $54 filet mignon.

We enjoyed a bunch of apps. Our favorites were the pea hummus & the deviled egg topped with a fried oyster. Craft beer was cold and refreshing. Our server did a great job! Parking was easy.

The food was delicious, our table and area clean & decorated set a peaceful Holiday JOY. Our server she was absolutely 100% Awesome. The manager put the icing on our visit when he stopped by our table welcoming and Thanking us for choosing Town Hall to help our Holiday and my BD special. The manager honored my Birthday with a slice of their chocolate cake which was excellent [icing only in the middle] Wow! Awesome visit.
