Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This is an excellent location typically but just a bit of advice: If a customer is sitting idle for a few minutes at a time and has not been helped in any capacityit’s probably a good idea to check in to see if they need any help with anything. Even if the answer might be no.

In the past, when I’ve ordered DoorDash from this location to pick it up for myself, I have been able to go to the online pick up order and snag my bag.

Granted, I do not live here and it’s been a couple of months since I’ve been back so clearly things have changed. It’s probably not ideal to assume that all customers know the policy right off hand.

And while I do take responsibility for not necessarily going up to the counter and checking on my order immediately, it still would’ve been nice for someone to at some point ask me if I needed help with anything instead of watching me sit there.

Again, still an excellent location just a little buttoning up I think is probably helpful

The service here is really fast, there is another smoothie place near by and I stopped going there because they are so so slow. This place is not just fast but the employees are very kind and well trained.

This store needs to be the Gold standard by which all other TSC Follow. Nice employees, timely food, clean area, and just a good experience. We come here to visit a family member and we make sure we come here before we leave.

This was my first ever eating from this place and omg!! The turkey bacon ranch sandwich is the best. The bread is soft , it’s was a nice size sandwich. The employees is very pleasant, customer service is a 10. My smoothie is awesome. I will be a returning customer 🙂🙂
