I’ve been coming to Wendy’s for years, so this experience was genuinely disappointing.
I attempted to order the 4 for $4, which I’ve ordered regularly for a long time. I was told that it changed as of yesterday. That alone isn’t the problem — menu changes happen. The problem was how it was handled. The manager on duty repeatedly told me to “read the board” in a condescending and dismissive way, instead of simply explaining the change. Customers are not expected to know overnight menu updates for items that have existed for years.
To make matters worse, when I asked what the replacement option was, I wasn’t even given a clear name. I was just told “we don’t have that anymore” and directed to something else, but no one could clearly explain whether it was a Biggie Bag or what it was actually called. That level of confusion coming from management is unacceptable.
As for the food: everything else was hot and fine, but the cheeseburger itself was cold, which only added to the frustration after the interaction.
The food at Wendy’s is usually solid, but the customer service — especially from someone identifying themselves as the manager — was rude, dismissive, and poorly handled. If this is how menu changes are communicated, this location seriously needs better leadership and customer service training.

The other day i went to the same location for the tendies combo, I got the 4pc…well that’s what I ordered! When I got home it was a 10 pc nugget🙄I didn’t complain bc their nuggets are bussing fr! But today order another tendie combo, made sure they were the tendies before I left. When I get home these mugs hard as a rock. Come on man…I need a do over or refund! Been calling non stop for like 30 minutes, no one answering, smh!

cheese was not melted, burger was just thrown together. messy. when complaining about cheese not being melted, received new burger, cheese still not melted, messy, workers did not care. would not recommend!see pics in comments

Worst Wendy's I have EVER been to... waiting 25 minutes for cold foood! Seems like a trend since all the reviewers are having the same experience. Yall are going to end up getting someone really sick.

When we walked up the man that took our order didn’t even speak. The fries were old and hard. Couldn’t eat them. We ate inside and it was filthy! Found a table that wasn’t as bad as the others. To be fair there were two whole seats that were occupied! NEVER again!!! Hadn’t been here in years and thought I would give it another try!!!!

More was missing than I actually received. Ordered a Dave's single combo with a baked potato. And nuggets, there was no dip, straw, silverware, sour cream, salt and pepper, napkins. Like they gave my the food and drink but how the he'll was I supposed to eat it. Normally with fries and a burger no straw isn't a huge deal but a freaking baked potato without the toppers and no utensils. I could only eat the burger, because I was at work and we don't have any of that stuff here. Just so frustrated, this is an everytime issue!!

Girl taking the order didn't know what the hell she was doing and it seemed no one did and no matter how much it was repeated she didnt give us the chicken nuggets we ordered and paid for, and she left everything except Ketchup off the burger, places should really check who they hire never coming back

This wendy's is very rude and unprofessional, My fathers card was stolen at the drive thru window, they claimed the cameras don't work, authorities was called and the manager told the officer the cameras don't work that have to go through the DM.

Around 2:00 p.m. your employee taking orders was not very friendly. She didn't seem to want to answer my simple questions about the menu. Do you not train your employees to thank customers when they pay off? My Dave Double was not hot.

Nuggets was hard and the 🍟 was also hard as well, my mother orderd a taco salad and it had no meat in it just lettuce 🥬 this should not be called a taco salad and your cookies 🍪 were rock hard to. We used to love Wendy's but this is disappointing. The only thing good from Wendy's was the strawberry 🍓 lemonade 🍋 🧃
