The worst most ghetto thing I ever saw period. Pants sagging front counter person butt leaning on the counter & talking on cellphone while taking order All the food was Ice cold..except the nuggets. Was told drive thru wasn't working. Young lady with headset in lobby with head down on table. Blasting music coming from kitchen. It was like a club up in there for real sad

This restaurant is a joke!!! I walked in and got in line with 4 people in front of my kids and I. The woman taking orders was very slow and didn’t pay attention to anything that the customers ordered. The 4 customers in front of me all had incorrect orders when they were handed out. I ordered and asked to swap my combo fries with a loaded baked potato. The woman taking the order asked several questions about what I wanted on the potato, and then gave me the total and I paid. After receiving my order, the kids meal I ordered did not have the fries with it, and my baked potato was missing. I went back to the counter and the manager (who was preparing the orders) informed me that the fries should have been in the kids meal bag and that I was not charged for a potato. I stated that the fries were not in the bag and that the woman that took my order asked several questions about my potato. She then turned the screen around to show that I didn’t get charged for the potato, grabs a small fry, threw it on a try and said here’s your fries. The woman taking the orders also got loud with the customer before us when he brought his order back incorrect. T she yelled “DUH That’s what you ordered!!!!”

I ordered a door dash. Less than half the order was right. I called the store. The manager acted like she was doing something ob the computer when she asked for my name. And proceeded to hang up in my face. Not good customer service at all. She should not have that job and quite literally be fired if she can’t handle to talk to people and solve the problem. Let alone she was very rude. But i guess that explains why she works at Wendy’s.

Just came here after next door popeyes refused to take peoples orders that aren't done through an app and these doors are locked too. I think I'm done with fast food for good.

The morning manager(on West Evans Street)is so rude. I could have said something back to her but the God that I serve held my tongue.The God that I serve is going to take care of that situation. There's a right way and a wrong way to talk to a person. I'm pretty sure she doesn't own Wendy's she's just a manager and that can be taken away from her. She must not know, you can be up today and down tomorrow.If she believes in the Lord someone needs to tell her to read and live by Matthew 5:44 and Luke 6:27&28

Do not go here we waited 35mins for our food. Didn’t even give us our drinks before asking us to pull up. It is absolutely ridiculous how long we had to wait. We were completely forgot about while waiting for our food. Couldn’t even run in and use the restroom while waiting because both doors were locked. Whoever the manager was on duty needs to be fired and they need to hire someone who will train these employees the right way and take control.

The only thing Wendy’s got going for it is the baconator and baconator fries other then that this location doesn’t have much to offer I know this doesn’t pertain to just this Wendy’s and it’s not the employees fault but the whole SpongeBob collab was a disappointment and the company should be ashamed how they did the kids n some adults on the krappy patty meal

Shut this place down or get new management. Always a problem when I go. Either out of items or closed in the morning when they’re supposed to be open. Pathetic establishment

I came there this morning 9/30/24 at 8 am to order baconater combo with an unsweetened tea . I got cold potatoes and a plain chicken sandwich on a biscuit. I tried calling back twice and they just hung the phone up now I come from customer service and this is not the correct way to conduct service this need to be addressed the proper way and I need my order corrected

I had an extremely poor experience with your employee Robert Galbreath tonight (9/23/2024.) First, he saw me at the side door entrance trying to get his attention as I had just placed a mobile order and was not aware that the dining room entrance would be closed by that time (8pm), as it is not specified what exact time the door will be locked. The sign on the door actually specifies that the dining room is open until 10pm. He bypassed me and went back to the drive thru window and failed to alert anyone inside that a customer was at the door. After a car left the drive thru window, I went up to the window to let him know that I have a mobile order and could not come inside to retrieve my purchase. He very nastily and violently attempted to slam the window shut on me without even attempting to find out that I had an order. He began to make threats as though his behavior was acceptable in any way, shape or form. I asked how I could have my order cancelled if that's the attitude he was going to have. Luckily one of the sane crew members motioned for me to come to the side entrance and asked for my name so she could retrieve my mobile order. Robert is a very combative and disturbed individual who makes the Wendy's brand look very bad. I have been coming to this location for decades and have never had this kind of experience before. His co-worker informed me that he does indeed have a nasty attitude toward customers and I informed her that I will be reporting him to corporate offices. He is not fit to deal with the public whatsoever. I will also be reporting this location to DHEC for food safety violations as I have previously seen workers put their bare hands on cooked food for absolutely no valid reason. I will definitely not be visiting this location again and I advise anyone who expects high quality customer service and sanitary food preparation to avoid this location as well. It is very obvious that this location does not value loyal, long-term customers who could go to any of the numerous restaurants nearby.
