We just left the West Lucas Wendy's in Florence. It. Is. Ridiculous. Customer service is non-existent. I worked at Wendy's 35 years ago - I would go in there and fire everyone at that location starting with the manager, then the extra-long finger nail woman who was doing nothing in the back office - but she was supposed to be running a register. The drive through took over 30 minutes! If you don’t have enough staff to work you need to post it so people know or just close!
Did was fine but there's no diaper change station
