OMG, this was my very first time going to a western sizzling. It reminded me so much of my childhood. All of the foods my Mom and Grandmother used to cook, they had it! From the black-eyed peas to the collard greens, field peas, pork chops, fried fish! Fried chicken, baked chicken, cabbage! Lord the list goes on. Desserts galore. I thought I was a li title girl again. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Had to get some to go just for my Dad.. That chicken perlo rice was amazing!...
Had a large party of 14 which included. Partly kids who needed to be sat with the adults not in 5 different places. Tried to get a table that would fit us and save it but because we hadn’t gone through the line first we couldn’t sit there. I understand there were patrons in line but there were tables emptying here and there. It was busy which speaks well of a restaurant but when there are groups with kids, it would help to accommodate Their size and understand the reasons...
Waitress was nice and friendly and courteous and the food was really good and the price for a family with five was well worth eating there. The staff did an excellent job with meal preparation. May God bless each one that works there. 😊
