Me and my husband found aluminum foil in my burnt ends and they weren't even burnt nor right. Never going there again paid 50 dollars for 2 plates it was to much for the quality wasn't great at all.

Stopped in to grab a drink and a to-go order. Must have drink is the Midnight Sin..thank me later! I ordered wings that came with celery and banana pudding. The wings were good but it was hard to pick up the smoked flavor but I liked that they were smoked/grilled and not fried. They make the banana pudding to order and it does have bananas in it along with vanilla wafers, both of which make for a true banana pudding to me (I asked first to be sure). I waited until the next day to give the wafers time to soften and I enjoyed it.
Bartender was very nice and she was super helpful with my questions about their menu items. I'd return again to try some other items if in the area.
We went to Florence to visit some friends and with it being a Sunday, most restaurants were closed. Found Wholly Smokin and decided to try it. The restaurant is located downtown Florence and it gives no appeal from the outside. The air was on, and it was hot outside that day, but it was hot in there. Our server was sweating the entire time and she was taking orders so no negative words there. Walking in we had no expectations about the food. Turned out, the food was pretty good! We had smoked wings, which Richard said was surprisingly good; brisket, burnt ends, sweet potato fries, collard greens, baked beans, corn and limas, fried okra. They were all good. Serving size was large, there was brisket to take home. I finished all of my plate. Now the worst item and it's not pictured is the mac/cheese. Straight from the Kraft box! If in Florence, would probably order to go and not eat in. I recommend the wings, burnt ends, collards and succotash. Also street parking only, so that make it a challenge. We went on Sunday, so parking was easier to find.
Food was good. I had sides- Mac was a little dry but the potato salad is incredible. The limas were perfect. My husband and son enjoyed the burnt ends sandwiches. I forgot to take photos because we were so hungry.
