Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I work in a service industry where I see all aspects of different businesses. I must say that this particular location gets an applause from me, they by far have one of the most cleanest and organized kitchens I have be to. Staff even are very pleasant and friendly, tells me they treat them good too. Definitely recommended for a good meal and atmosphere.
So when I see recent bad reviews I wonder if it's trolling more than anything because my experience if far different not only from the back but also as a customer.

First of all let me say this restaurant feels more like a meat locker than a food establishment! It is far too cold in there to actually enjoy your meal.
Second, the food left a lot to be desired. I had to make several trips to the counter due to things being left off my order..
the entire experience was not good.
Please be respectful of paying patrons and raise the temp. It’s difficult to sit in a place that feels like midwinter!

My mother ordered online- we get there and they tell me to move forward… get to the window and get told that I am going to have to pull around and place the order AGAIN! Mind you they were not busy at all at this point. The shift manager on duty was not professional at all.

I ordered a large wings and things meal. The meal came without sauce on my wings. And barely any fries. I spent $14 on a large meal only for it not to be. I would love for this to be rectified

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND SERVICE!! Not only was my order incorrect as my receipt portrays what I ordered, the manager on duty was rude and disrespectful.

I think the food here is good most of the time. What annoys me is that this is the third time I have gone through the drive thru, asked for ranch, WAS CHARGED FOR IT, and it was never put into my bag. If you are going to charge for it, OKAY but at least make sure to give it the customer. Not worth it to drive all the way back when I am on a lunch break for work. Do better please, or don't charge for 1 small sauce cup.
