This location happens to get the order right about half the time. The receipt will say the right thing, but you won't receive it. Not always hot either. Almost worth it to go across town to the other one.

The food was fresh and hot. The manager is in top of things. They have the best communication of any Zaxby's in Florence. This is the only one we eat from anymore!

Always a great choice. Often a long line at the drive-thru but the staff is fast and the line moves quickly. They have the best seasoned fries. Tip: Always get a large!!

Ordered on line for 6 piece snack go large. Of course I had a 10 minute wait because my order wasn’t ready.
Get Home.
I got 5 pieces and regular fries. Called the restaurant and if I go back out in the pouring rain, bring the food they will correct my order.

The service with the drive-thru was a problem! with the person taking the Order!! She could not understand my English apparently!! Another person had to get on the microphone to get my Order and she had no problem with my English!!

They won't answer the phone and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered honey mustard chicken finger plate with extra fries and this what I got
