Loggerhead's Beach Grill Reviews
Best place for local sea food (shrimp locally sourced). Was here 3 days, ate seafood out 5 times. This was the only place we visited that served local shrimp (not from India or other “Asia” countries. Food, atmosphere, and service was the best.
Stopped by here for my daughters birthday. Excellent food and service. Swordfish was phenomenal.
With no reservations available, they let a large group cut ahead of our 9 top family. Waited one hour and left the place.

Loggerhead's Beach Grill offers solid wings, cold beer, and a welcoming staff, serving the best flounder on the island. The atmosphere is great, with incredible service from the staff. It's a Philadelphia Eagles bar in Folly Beach, SC, welcoming dogs and offering delicious food like the crab cake sandwich. The restaurant provides a comfortable atmosphere, great service, and the option to sit inside or outside, sometimes with live music.
Customers praise the excellent food, including the great hoagie, delicious crab cake sandwich, and amazing chili cheese fries, all served by a wonderful and friendly staff. Visitors enjoy the lively atmosphere, with live music from Shane Clark on Friday and Saturday nights. The outdoor patio is a favorite, and the restaurant is a local favorite on Folly Beach.
Reviewers highlight the friendly servers, the tasty and well-presented food, and the enjoyable live music on the rooftop terrace. The fried sides, like waffle fries and onion rings, are praised for being crispy and flavorful. While the Philly Cheese Steak is good, the flounder sandwich is considered fantastic. The restaurant is known for its excellent beers, including the customer's favorite, Miller Highlife, though only available in cans.
