Went to this Bojangles and paid $18.00 for food including a 3 Wing Dinner and they had the nerve to give us a wing full of feathers and another wing with the drumstick part of it completely chopped off and more feathers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they chop off pieces of the wings all day so they could snack on them and give the paying customer the remainder of the wing. That’s probably why my husband got his meal from KFC down the street. If corporate even cares the date was 03/23/24…the time was 6:52 PM. This way they could figure out who was on duty and reprimand them for representing Bojangles in this way. If I could give them minus 10 stars I would. Next time I’ll follow my husband and get KFC!!! ??

I order 3 pc leg and thigh meal with rice n fries the fries were so bad the rice tasted burnt and the chicken tasted like it was cooked and reheated. The bad part it was 11:30 in the morning so unless they did that then the fries had to be from the morning it’s sad when you order food and ppl just don’t care how the food is when they give it to you. My hubby wouldn’t eat his tenders cause they were over cooked . Money just wasted ! Maybe they need ppl that care !

I rarely review restaurants, but I couldn’t not interview this Bojangles location. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with here is SO NICE! Idk what they are doing differently from other fast food places, but they are doing something right. The employees are always in a such a good mood and are super friendly. I will always choose this location for that reason.

To the young Asian lady with medium black hair who works here, I hope that you treat people with respect next time or just quit ,,, girl just appreciate how nice I was while talking to you I was respectful and very nice. I ordered mac and cheese for my son and as a mother I just asked her nicely if the batch was freshly made and she was ok and said “yes” but then it came out greasy and old like no one can eat it especially a kid , and while I was just started telling the guy from the drive through window about it to see what other options I have , she was talking to her coworker and making fun of me as a customer because I asked for a ‘fresh’ mac and cheese in the first place! like for real?! So childish and I hope that you get the same treatment that you showed me today. The worst staff ever and to the manger that was on duty today I will tell you to do your job coz thats a shame!

The food is always great and the service is always wonderful they are very friendly. Just in the mornings the never seem to have change for $100 bill so I wouldn't recommend going in the morning if $100 bill is all you have but other than that never any problems!

Melissa was incredible! I had a large order and she displayed a vested interest in making sure that we had everything we could possibly need. She included cups, plates, forks, sauces, etc for me to provide my group with everything that we were likely to want/need. In addition to Melissa's great service, the other employees who were there when I picked up my order offered to help me carry it out to my car, told me thank you and have a great day. In addition, the quality of the food was fantastic, even though it was a large order that I ordered several hours in advance. They made sure our food was of the highest quality, regardless of knowing we were coming and the fact that they could have taken shortcuts to prepare our order early. This was an amazing experience and I will be using this location to fill orders for my business meetings in the future because of this great experience!!!!!

Today was the first time I've ever actually gone inside and I walked in to find what seemed like a holiday party/potluck going on for the employees. No biggie.The front line area looked shut down but a guy hanging by the crock pots in the dining area nodded to me that I could order and a woman walked behind the counter to take my order.I ordered the 3 piece supremes combo with mac and cheese. I received fries instead of the M&C. I felt guilty enough interrupting a holiday party and just wanted my meal so I just ate what I got as quickly as possible and left.The food was okay, pretty much the "meh" standard you can expect from Bojangles. The lack of Bo sauce is the worst part of it all. Their new buffalo sauce just didn't work for me.Now that they've gotten rid of my favorite sauce, I doubt I'll be back. But if I do come back, I'll stick to the drive thru. It's less awkward to eat your disappointment in the privacy of your own car.

Ordered a 20pc bucket for pickup at 6:30pm. Arrived on time, but was told we would have to reorder and wait 30 more minutes for our food. Went back in and lady said she wasn't sure it was right car even though she said she saw the car as described in pickup details. Freudian slip. After waiting the additinal 30 minutes, all the food was cold and disappointing. We thought the 30 min wait would at least give us fresh food. Avoid this location. Very bad experience and service.
